Chapter 4 - 7 Shots

Do you know that the standard shot in one bottle of soju is 7 shots? That’s 7 full shots right there and that’s the only total of soju shots Sky can handle. More than that can make him miserable or more so un filtered human.

The entire team for Sky and Dylan’s series were heading to the closest restaurant for a quick Friday drinking session. It’s kind of a ritual for the team to take a weekend break before the last week of the shooting where they will give their last blow. The break would usually start on a friday night over a bottle of spirits.

Everyone was having a good time, there was music, dancing, food and unlimited spirits. They were all having fun and just enjoying the night. Dylan was busy talking with the production crew while Sky was busy bonding with the designers and artists.

Slowly they were getting more and more comfortable together and some were starting to hit some games.

“Let’s have truth or dare, woot woot woot!!!” They all shouted.

They formed a big circle and one of the folks who will be playing was Sky. The rest were just busy doing their own thing.

Sky has done it a couple of times already and each time he is selected for truth or dare he is always choosing to dare to drink 3 straight shots.

“I know there’s no use for you guys to ask me questions. For sure you guys have heard about it already from the interviews hahahaha” Sky shared.

The stylists around him were amused with his beauty despite being half drunk. He has very soft skin, rosey cheeks, kissable lips, sharp features – jawline and his eyes were on fire.

Few more turns and it was Sky again…

“Hey hey! I will not accept 3 straight shots again. I will ask a question, ``Sky what was the most remarkable part of our series for you so far?” The girls were all curious and waiting patiently for his answer.

At this moment Yanku and Dylan were both watching them playing while the rest were still busy bonding.

Sky gave a gentle soft smile and looked around him.

“EP 12 left a good mark for me. It was painful that after experiencing it I was struck for a moment before analysing everything. There was so much pain and regret…” he gave a painful smile, the kind that’s just melting.

Everyone was silenced by his words and someone mentioned the part from EP 12 where Sky sang “Never Let You Go” and they all remembered how he cried after the scene. They were all touched and impressed how it was brilliantly executed by Sky.

At least that's what they knew. For Sky it was EP 12 scene 55 that broke his heart the most.

Few moments later Sky excused himself. While everyone was still enjoying the night he had to have his sweet escape.

The rain outside was his perfect excuse to hide his tears. He decided to walk hoping that after the effect of the alcohol disappeared the unexplainable pain on his chest would disappear too.

“Hey buddy I have to go now!” Yanku said to Dylan. He pat his back and asked Dylan to take care. “By the way, I think this is Sky’s phone” he handed him the phone and left.

Dylan looked around for Sky but he was nowhere to be found.

They started playing the song Sky sang on EP 12; it was safe to play it because it was just us within the team who could hear it. Dylan looked at it briefly and just like how he had a flashback during their concert last time he saw all of his moments with Sky and that day when he cried a lot during taping.

I have to find him…

I gotta find him…

Dylan excused himself, drove along the way and looked for Sky. He made sure to look at the sidewalks while driving even though it was a bit challenging because of the heavy rain.

He reached his unit but Sky was not there. He checked his room too and just found a note where the lyrics of “We Were Not Supposed To Kiss” written and the part I just did was highlighted and an added note inserted (December 28 8:48pm)

What does this mean? – Dylan asked himself
