Time Together

Two weeks later...

In these past week both the teams of Lia and Junghoon did well in their matches and both the teams had qualified for the finals in the boys and girls categories. Within this time Junghoon practiced with Lia to boost up her confidence to do well in front of all the spectators. They also worked out new strategies to beat the two teams against them. In these hard and tiring practice hours also they had fun times. Junghoon never left a chance to tease her and lighten up the atmosphere. He found it cute, that her annoyed expression would look like a child. Lia too never failed to laugh and chase Junghoon whenever he pulled up some lame jokes to tease her. They even did a few mock drills to test if their strategies would work or not. According to which they did some improvisation to make it better. In between all these Junghoon realised that he had already fallen for her and would never be able to stay away from her. Thus he always stayed there with her whenever she needed. They were there for each other and Junghoon took special care of Lia perfecting her at each step because she was detached from playing for a long time. At this time they became closer finding out about the little tit-bits of each other and taking care. Both of them felt a strange connection between them, a bond which was growing stronger day by day. They did not know what this feeling was but they liked it. None of them had the courage to say what they felt, to confide in each other. His friends and teammates would make fun of him for always staring at Lia, they knew that he liked her. Both of them showed affections to each other not knowing that they already love each other very much. As for the people around them, it was quite obvious for them to understand what actually was happening in the basketball court. The practices and the relationship progressed simultaneously, rest of it is left on fate...let it decide what happens to this young would be couple. Let's see what the fate has in store for them.

Jieun : Do you think you like him ? (To Lia)

Lia : Don't know but I kinda feel good when he is around...His smile brightens my day

Soojin : I'm damn sure girl you've fallen for him. (smirks)

Suah : Hmmm... even I think so !! Gotta be exciting 😉

Areum : So are you sure he likes you back ??

Lia : Well I don't know...but he takes care of me.

Jieun : I'm sure he likes you back, don't think too much and just confess to him already girl !!

Soojin, Suah Areum : Yesssss !! (They laugh together)

Lia : Ok, ok fine...I will, but let the tournament end, after we win the cup then.

Everyone except Lia : Yaaaa !! Girl you are sooo boring !! (They all pout...and then laugh together). After the results of all the practices and drills looked satisfactory to them, they all finally concluded that they were ready for the finals.
