In order to succeed we have to resolve to pay the full price, then work hard right? but what if we want to give up later? what if we are not patient enought? In order to avoid all those negative actions, there is something more important to do, it is called self-discipline. You have to discipline yourself not to give up. Self-discipline is very important for people with goals, when you reach a level of self discipline you become unstoppable.

Self-discipline is applied in every area of our live, in school, work, sales, family, friendship, relationship, and even fitness. This just means that you can discipline yourself to succeed in all those area.

Self- discipline is the most difficult of all, but when you are at a high level of it, you become very strong, you feel like you are capable of anything, you see positive in everything, you become more happier and than before, but this does not mean that if you don't discipline yourself you won't be happy, it just means that it is better than just sitting and complaining about how bad your life is or how good others life is.

Most people will be like " it is so hard why should i even do that?" but they don't know the impact that self-discipline could have on them, the thing is they just don't want to make some efforts and they expect to live like other who are working hard day and evening, well that can't go.

Now what is self- discipline? In his book entittled THE POWER OF SELF DISCIPLINE, brian tracy talk of self discipline as that ability of doing what you have to do, when you have to do it whether you feel like it or not. This mean that, let's say you are a student and you know that you have to go to school today, but you don't really feel like it. If you want to apply self discipline here you will have to go to school even thought you don't really want to, it is surely not easy to do something inspite of our feeling , but by sticking to it, it becomes a habit and much more easier to practise.

So many people don't consider self-discipline as something to work on because for them those who need discipline are lazy people or people who are stuborn. But this is a very bad conception of self-discipline. If you are one of those who thought that way, i highly recommend you to change your perceptions of self-discipline.

You will start to think more positive than before, you see tjings differently and you will see as the more you read it, the more you want to read. The book has some questions at the end of every chapter.
