Chapter 2

Five years ago, Kaylin's mother was seriously ill and needed money urgently, so she sold herself to the Charm Club.

It only took Kaylin three days to learn how to flirt with men. She had always been carefully protecting herself. But on one occasion, she was almost bullied by someone when she met Mylee.

Kaylin looked at Mylee and Mylee helped as she wished. In the end, Mylee took her flower that night.

But she managed to pass as a veteran.

When Mylee asked her when she lost her virginity, Kaylin smiled brightly and whispered in his ear that she had already been quite experienced.

The seductive look in her eyes convinced Mylee.

Mylee bought her for 15,000 dollars. The money solved her urgent need, but Kaylin's mother still passed away. Since then, she had been Mylee's punching bag.

"Seeing that I'm married, you can't wait to find another man? Do you love money so much?" Mylee tugged Kaylin's hair.

Kaylin frowned in pain. She was not sure if Mylee loved her, but she was very sure that he preferred her body more.

"Only money can give me a sense of security. Is there anything wrong? Mylee, you're already married. Let me go. It's been five years. What do you want me to do?" Kaylin covered her face. She couldn't take it anymore.

"Five years? So what? Didn't I buy you just to be a lover? Do you think you deserve to be my wife? Kaylin, I gave you a chance before, but you didn't take it!" Mylee said fiercely.

"That's enough. I can do whatever you want, but I won't be a home-wrecker!"

She couldn't and wouldn't repeat her mother's mistake.

If she destroyed other people's marriage, she had to repay it with her lifelong happiness!

Mylee said with a cruel smile, "It's too late. You already did it."

After five years of entanglement, he still couldn't see through this woman's heart.

No, she had no heart! He could even move a mountain with all these years' affection. But Kaylin was still cruel and heartless.

She cheated on him and had sex with his friend!

The more Mylee loved Kaylin in the past, the more he hated her now.

Kaylin closed her eyes in despair and then began to tidy up her clothes numbly. "Go home. You should be with your wife now."

"You don't need clothes. Get off the car immediately. I'm in a hurry." Mylee said coldly.

In the next second, Mylee pushed her out of the car. "You told me to go back home and to be with my wife. Then walk back by yourself!"

Kaylin sat on the cold road, wearing only the thin black lace dress.

She staggered to her feet. Mylee did not even give her shoes.

Kaylin smiled bitterly and looked down at her feet. They were a little deformed from wearing high heels.

Her phone suddenly rang. Kaylin immediately picked it up.

A man's voice came from the other side of the line, "Where are you? That little bastard has a fever again. If you don't want to take care of her, then let her die!"

Tears suddenly welled up in Kaylin's eyes as she trembled, "I'll take her to see a doctor right away. Take care of her for me for a moment..."

"I don't have the time. Where did you get this child? She keeps falling sick and she can't talk. She can't do anything but cry!"

The sound of a bottle smashing on the ground came from the other side of the line. Kaylin's blood froze.

"Don't be like this, Dad. I beg you. I'll give you the money. Wait for me!"

Kaylin wiped away her tears, hung up the phone, and hailed a taxi. When she thought of the "little bastard" that her father kept saying, Kaylin's heart hurt.

Half an hour later, Kaylin arrived at the residential building where her father lived.

Her father, Dalton Garcia, was sitting at the door and drinking. The ground was scattered with glass fragments.

Kaylin didn't notice and stepped on them. Her scarred feet immediately started to drip with blood.

Reiss Garcia hid in the corner, trembling with fear and looking at Kaylin with a pair of big eyes.

"You hit her again? She's still a child! She doesn't know anything!" Kaylin was furious when she saw the scar on Reiss' hand.

Kaylin carried Reiss into the taxi and finally couldn't hear Dalton swearing.

"Reiss, how do you feel? Are you okay? Say something. I beg you. Talk to me, okay?" Tears kept falling from Kaylin's eyes.

Reiss' eyes were wide open, and she looked fragile. She remained silent.

Kaylin was filled with guilt and remorse!

She almost died giving birth to Reiss but she could only tell Reiss that she was Reiss' sister.

She knew that her father was a scumbag, but other than leaving the child here, she could not think of a better choice. She had no money, and she could not get rid of Mylee.

When they arrived at the hospital, the nurse checked Reiss and gave her a drip. Kaylin sat by the bed and stared at Reiss' sleeping face in a daze.

Kaylin kissed Reiss on her forehead. When the sun rose, Reiss recovered from the fever. Kaylin immediately sent Reiss back to Dalton and warned him sternly, "If you still want to get the money, treat her well! If you dare to hit her again, I will call the police."

Dalton was so angry that he swore, "I knew that! I have long suspected that you are not my daughter. Who knows how many people your mother had slept with!"

Kaylin steeled herself to leave. She returned to where she lived.

Soaking in the bathtub, Kaylin hugged herself tightly. Her body was immersed in the cold water, so cold that she trembled slightly.

Kaylin reached out her hand and felt for the medicine bottles next to the bathtub. She got one but it was empty. She threw it away and continued to fumble for the next one.

As a result, every one of them was empty. Kaylin let out a painful roar and buried her face in the cold water.

The doorbell rang crazily. Kaylin put on a bathrobe, wiped her hair, and walked out to open the door.

"I finally found you! Kaylin!" The woman standing outside the door gritted her teeth, and when she saw Kaylin's face, she raised her hand and slapped Kaylin hard.

Kaylin said nothing and was ready to close the door.

The woman pushed Kaylin hard. Kaylin was off guard and immediately fell to the ground!
