Addiana Marie Valderama is a difficult woman who will never flirt with a man who is unconcerned about academics, because she understands how essential academics are at the time. She is aware of Matthew's suitability to her standards, but Matthew dislikes her. Is there a chance she'll meet the man of his dreams

When she noticed her friend approaching her table, she sighed and read the book, letting her friends know that she is a bookworm. When Addiana's friends arrived at his table, they laughed because she was so busy. "You know, Adi? You'll go insane because you study every hour," one of her friends warned her.

She smiled as she looked at it. "It's better to go insane than to get bad grades," Adi said as he went through his notes and read them again.

She hears friends laughing once again, but she ignores it. Adi concentrated on his reading and writing till she discovered that she was admiring a man who matched her standards.Adi discovered that she had been staring at a man for a long time. The man then looked at her, and Adi was taken aback when his crush looked at her. She was nervous to return her gaze to the book, and Adi tried her hardest to ignore it because his friends would find out. His friends will irritate her.

Her friend notices her sweating and says, "Adi, you're sweating."

Adi ignores her friend's advice and stares at a book for a long time, trying to write what she wants. She wants to leave the table because if one of her pals notices her trembling, they will come after Adi like a boomerang.

"Hello, Miss..." he recognizes the voice.

Adi hid behind the book, embarrassed because Matthew was standing in front of her, smelling the perfume. His baritone voice is so beautiful to hear that it sounds like he's about to choke you.

Matthew is entertained by one of her friends, who then removes the book from her face, allowing Matthew to see her. Matthew noticed her lowering her gaze in his shoes. "Uhmn," Matthew began. "If you love a... Reading a book or a subject that you don't know, Im here, I can help." Matthew said in his baritone voice.

Because of Matthew's words, Adi feels as if she's floating in the sky, her heart racing. Her friends were overjoyed because Adi's face looked like a tomato. When Matthew noticed it, Adi hid her face and brought her book to her before leaving. As soon as she enters the bathroom. She jumped and came to a halt to yell, Adi looked in the mirror and noticed that she was flowering since she had begun to apply make-up to improve her appearance.

Adi returns to the classroom to see her classmates laughing and shouting. When she sits in the chair, her classmates stare at her. "Ow, look who's here? The beautiful girl," they exclaim as they laugh and exchange glances. "Why... Matthew want to help a girl like you?" they wonder.

"Because I'm pretty?" she answered, her brows furrowed.

Her classmates were all laughing because of what she said. "Where's your beauty? I can't see it," one of her classmates sarcastically said.

"You know how a butterfly can't see how lovely it is? So if you can't perceive my beauty, you're blind," she explained as she scribbled notes for her quiz.

She hears a rumor about her and Matthew, but she ignores it and concentrates on her studies. She remembered what Matthew had said about an hour before, and she didn't care. Because he ruined her life.
