GROAN!!!

The creature stood back and roared so terribly that everyone’s heart skipped a beat.

“God please save us, God please save us..!!” continuously Naina was trembling.

The creature was not having any effect of those shots of the gun onto his body, that thing again evoke back, now more fiercely... his eyes were clearly showing the anger and hunger.  And blood was dripping over the floor as his chest was harmed.

“Stay back, everyone stay back!!” Abhishek grunted.

Manish was looking at that thing, not clearly but was able to see a blurry black body moving.

That thing slowly came more inside Everyone was behind, holding each other's hand, having zero hope; all were confirmed that they all are going to die.

Gautam was the first as he was just in front of the Creature holding the shotgun, shuddering.

And Just behind him was Vikrant scared but having small intention, his fist was filled up coins, and just in the next moment, he made his arm flex and threw the coins over the creature, and surprisingly the creature moved to the direction of the coins just like a tamed dog, and started collecting the coins with his mouth and stored into his jaw... And in next second that thing just ran away taking all those coins, seems like... that thing had come there just to take those coins.

“How did you did that?” Everyone got confused.

Vikrant was speechless, he felt like, whatever he did, was not planned... it happened...just by something...MIRACLE.... he believed.

“This is not the time to think that, we should leave this place as quickly as possible... we don’t know where the creature has gone, or he is still waiting downstairs...” Abhishek.

“We should move down first” Gautam.

“YES, this room is not safe now, the door is been destroyed.” Vrushika Salunke, “follow me, be quick!”

All of them moved out of the room...

Vikrant first took his bag and came at last... Salunke was trying to be a strong leader to bring all them downstairs... everyone was following him...

“Take this” Aisha handled Manish’s specs to him as she brought it up when she ran upstairs.

“Now I could see clearly...” Manish.

Slowly they reached downstairs, Naina took her bags, Gautam and Vrushika too took their bags, so as Mama’s and Manish’s bag were there fallen.

But slowly Aisha said, “What about my belongings?”

“What do you mean?” Vikrant.

“My bags are in my room, we need to it out...” Aisha.

Everyone thought on this, “She is right, Abhishek you take Manish, Mama, Vrushika, Naina with you, and get into the car we come in a few minutes.

Abhishek moved to the car with Manish and all.

And on the other side, Aisha, Vikrant, Salunke, Gautam went to Aisha’s room to take out her belongings and protect her.

They were frightened by the thought of “What if the creature again comes in their way” But still they were leading ahead to her room...

“H...H....HE...HELP ME!!” Azad spoke with cry... His one leg was removed from his body and that creature had made some nail’s scratches over his body... He was crying for life. He was crying hard...

“Azad sir!!!” Salunke ran up to him and took his head on his feet...And he too cried.

“Please take me to a hospital, save my life... Please!!” Azad cried.

Vikrant and Gautam were watching this... Aisha ran inside the room, she took all her material and packed her bag, and came outside.

Gautam, Vikrant, and Salunke hold Azad up and comfortably they came up to the jeep...

Vikrant told Abhishek to look for a lodge to stay for a night, and also told that they will be back there after admitting Azad sir into a hospital. They quickly took their vehicles out from that place and came into the safer zone, into the Lonavla city...

Vikrant was driving the jeep, Azad was lying on the backseat and his head was resting over Salunke’s leg. Gautam was sited beside Vikrant. They checked for hospitals nearby on the internet and followed the route.

On the other side, Abhishek was driving the Chevrolet, and Manish was sitting beside him, Naina, Aisha, Vrushika, and Mama was also in the car.

It was night time, Abhishek and Manish registered in a lodge for that night.

After registration, Abhishek called Vikrant to check about Officer Azad’s health.

“Hello” Abhishek.

“Hello, you registered.”

“Yes we registered into this, Sagar Lodge”

“We are coming in a few minutes there...”

“What about Azad sir’s leg, is he alright.?”

“He was fine now, but the bad news is, his right leg is no more. Unfortunately he can’t walk now...”

“BLOODY CREATURE... He ate up their leg... And as god and you were with us, we all saved our lives today. But how did you did that, I mean how did you know that the animal will go away by throwing the coins.!” Abhishek again tried to ask Vikrant to let him know the place’s secret.

But, “I don’t know, it happened magically.” Vikrant again denied...

“Oh ok. Might be. You have gone damn secretive nowadays...”

“What kinda secretive, I am telling the truth...!”

“OK OK...Come soon, we are waiting for you” Abhishek ended the call.

After half an hour Vikrant came upon the Lodge, Gautam was with him. Salunke stayed with Azad for that night...

After reaching the lodge Vikrant and Gautam directly went to their rooms first, it was a fresh feeling now, a real room, cleaned, and good... Vrushika saw Gautam coming; she ran up to him and hugged him tightly. They both were very happy together with the thought that they both still alive, to love more.

Vikrant went to his room, he took a bath and tried to forget all the things that happened, but he was regretting that he hadn’t looted the treasure... He was sitting on his bed and drinking liquor.

*pop up*

He saw a message, “We all are waiting for you in the lawn, have your dinner and come there!” It was Naina’s message.

The room service had brought him the dinner; Quickly Vikrant had his dinner and went on the lawn... Everyone was talking in fun but a layer of threat was visible over their faces... It was night at 10 pm.

“Today whatever...” Abhishek

“STOP!!” Vrushika cut Abhishek's words and said, “Just forget those things that happened today, I don’t want to feel the horror again and again.”

“Oh... okay  ...okay...” Abhishek replied.

“uhhh... I am sorry, Abhishek I stay away from those things that made me feel disturbed” Vrushika said. She brought a glass of vodka for herself from the beer counter and took a shot, just to release her anxiety and stress.

“Calm down Vrushika, calm down.” Naina.

All of them were sitting down on the lawn, taking the cold breeze of the night...

“Okay, to forget whatever happened today, let's play a game!! What say!” Manish.

“Okay!!” Vikrant

“Yeah that would be a great idea!!” Abhishek.

“Hmm, it will help us to cheer our mood, and would be a great memory for the trip that we came here and played a good game here, as we all are going tomorrow.” Naina...

Vikrant again felt sad by the thought that he didn’t looted anything, so again after reaching Mumbai; he would rather won't have any extra money which he had planned for...!!

“Which game to play??” Aisha asked and Vikrant came out from his thoughts.

“TRUTH OR DARE!” Gautam suggested...

“Yeah, I would love to play TRUTH OR DARE” Naina.

“Yes truth or dare is interesting” Abhishek.

Everyone agreed to play truth or dare. They brought one bottle, they all took chairs now, they put that bottle over a round table and these guys surrounded the table and they rolled up the bottle.

For the first time bottled rolled and it came up on Vikrant’s chance.

Naina asked “TRUTH OR DARE VIKRANT”

Vikrant thought for a second and spelled...”TRUTH”

After listening to this Abhishek just popped out quickly and said “Yes so I will ask the question!!”

And he asked, “What is the secret of the Palace, the haveli... We want to know... what are you hiding from us.!!?” Like firing a fireball from canon Abhishek asked.

“Umm nothing” Vikrant got surprised by such fired question so he answered in quick.

“Don’t lie! Tell us the truth”

“You are hiding something from us?” Naina.

Everyone was looking at Vikrant by a doubt look.

Vikrant again said, “I don’t know, why you all looking at me like this?”

Suddenly some bushes left to them make some noise...All of them looked at that side quickly... The movement of the bushes continues...
