Each time they level up they will need 100 more xp to level up again each time they level up they will be getting 3 skill points and 3 stat points every level will gain 5 to power level guaranteed.The mc will be teleported to different worlds and he will only be able to learn the skills of that world of course that will use skill points the amount of skill points used will be dependent on how powerful the skill is.The way I will measure power level is there feats a normal humans power levels is 5 - 15.The mc will have some powers to start off with I will list them now create deal it will make a deal that if is broken the person that broke it will die, give power the mc will be able to give skills to other people using there skill points or take there skill dependent if they made a deal and those are the powers.
