EP - 02. DID I DO SOMETHING WRONG

...... she went to bed.....

The next day when Jia woke up, she got out of her room and went to her mother's room but her mother was not there, Jia thought that her mom must be in the kitchen cooking breakfast but when she opened the door of the kitchen ,her mother was not there too. She searched the whole house, the bathroom, toilet, garden but all in vain, there was no trace of her mom. Jia thought that maybe her mom went out to a grocery store to buy something so she decided to wait for sometime..........

Now, it's almost an hour Jia is still waiting for her mother. Suddenly, Jia heard a sound ,it was the sound as if someone is trying to open the main door of the house. She got so much scared, she started to sweat. She knew that this is neither her mother nor her friends Shaun or Era. And the landlord doesn't live in the same house ,they are living in some other town. Jia was THAT scared, that she started imagining some terrible scenarios in her mind. But, then a voice came from behind the main door, it was the voice of some middle aged man. After hearing, Jia stepped out of her room and asked, "Wh who i-is this, there is no elder in ----- the house right now so can you please com--me come later"?! in a frightened and shaking voice ........

Then the man said from behind the door, "Who are you, do you know Ms Judy"?

Jia was surprised that the man knows her mother. She said, "Yes ,I am Ms Judy's daughter, Jia but how do you know my mother"?

She was waiting for the answer but no voice came out, so she opened the door slightly and saw no one there. She was in confusion because her mom used to tell her that she doesn't know anyone here except for her neighbors and Co-workers at the office. But Jia was not going to admit it that,that man was her mother's co-worker or any neighbor because of his weird behavior and she was thinking that if he was her mother's co-worker then why will suddenly run away after knowing she was her daughter...... and he cannot be any neighbor because all the neighbors know that Ms Judy has a daughter..........

She was forcing herself to think about it deeply.

Then, the door opened and this time it was her mom. After seeing her mother alright, she ran to her and hugged her tightly. Ms Judy got confused that why is her daughter not ready for her school .

"Why are acting so weird? What happened, why are you not ready for school"?

Jia was going to tell everything that happened but stopped herself. She thought that if she will tell her what happened today her mother will get tensed about it. So,

"Nothing much mum, I was just feeling alone and scared here. You were not in your room then I searched for you in the whole house but you were nowhere. So I got scared"

"Oh my little Jia !! Are you feeling OK now ,hm"?

"Yes ,much better now"!!

"that's good, now I think you should get ready for school, Ok"

"Yes mum, I will just take bath and then we will have our breakfast together"!...............

After Jia went to take bath her mother got a message from some number and she went out of the house and called someone.......

"Hello, this is my last warning to you" , someone said from the other side of the phone..

"You came here, right ?!! I am begging you to stop all this, please, please"!

"You, yourself put yourself and your daughter in this pit and now you have to SUFFER. Huh"!!!

"No, hel-hello, hello"????

After hanging up, Ms Judy thought, "Is this what is going to happen"?!

After having breakfast, both of them went to school and work ,

"Jia are you free today after school"?

"No mum, you know na I have to go to library, early"!

"Oh, but I thought if we could spend time together at home cooking some tasty food, hm? If you say ,I will take permission from the librarian for you ,Huh ? What say"?

"Umm the thing is that Era is not well from past 3 days and I and Shaun are doing all the work. If I will take a day off today, it will be a bit burdensome for Shaun, So I guess we should hang out some other day. OK mum ? Are you OK with this"?

"OK no problem, if you are being responsible, then it is a very good thing!! mum is proud of you"!!

"OK Jia Here we are.Your school. Go inside and study hard. Bye"!!

"Yes mum, bye. See you"!!!

"Did I do something wrong by not telling her what happened today at the house" ,She thought while going inside the school.

And after seeing her daughter going inside, Ms Judy also went to the bus stand .........

"Am I doing a something wrong"?? ,She asked herself while getting inside the bus ......

At Era's house, She is getting ready for school as well, as she is feeling totally well now......

"Hmm, I am feeling very happy to go to school after 2 days. No one knows that I am coming to school today, heheeh. It will be a surprise for them"!!!!

At school, As usual, Jia is sitting beside Shaun but she was silent the whole time so Shaun started a conversation first while asking.........

"What happened Jia, Are you ok"?

"hmm-ye-yes I am all good, why do you ask"?

"No, you are not talking about anything and you are just focused on the same page since 5 minutes now. So I thought if there is something wrong??If there is... then tell me, maybe I can help, Huh"?

"No, I am OK ,just --

"Just missing me, right Jia"?, a voice came from the classroom.Both of them turned to that side and saw Era posing like a queen who is back after winning a battle and is very proud of herself..

"Eraaaa, you are back. But are fully well now "? asked Jia.

"Yes, that's Why ,I am here, stupid"!!

"Yaaaaaay, come sit down, now"! said Shaun.......

Then all of them sat together and classes started. Then after sometime Jia remembered about her mother asking her to take a day off today from library. She wanted to tell Era and Shaun that she wants to take a day off but failed. Then after school and library, they went to a park and as Shaun promised Era, he treated them with snacks........but Jia was thinking about that incident the whole day, that happened today..........

After leaving from the park, they went to their houses, Jia went inside her room and this time her mother was also in the house. She took bath and then came to the kitchen for dinner.....

"So how was your day "?asked her mother

"Yeah, it was good and Era also came to school and library too. She is feeling well now. She wanted us to spend some time with her and enjoy so I was with her and Shaun"!!

"Oh, that's good I think you should not take day off for some days, Era may think something wrong"!

"Yes, you are right"!!

After having their dinner, Both of them did the dishes and went to rooms .......before sleeping Jia finished her school work.....after that ,

Jia thought, "Hmm I hope tomorrow will not be as weird and terrific as today"
