Episode 2: Diary

Snow's POV:

After taking a bath, I opened the cabinet to see only 2 clothes hanging inside and 1 old worn out pair of shoes.

I picked the most decent one out of the two, which is a maid uniform.

'Guess I'm in some western historical time now... '

I went outside to look around for some clues about my identity and as to where I am.

While walking for 2 hours, I finally met someone to ask for information when a loud squeaky voice suddenly shouted a name...

??? : "Snow! "

'??? '

I turned around to see who was calling who.

Turns out, it was a young lady wearing a pink puffy dress, decorated with red ribbons all around like a cake plus her thick make up on her face like an icing.

'pfft! '

She has brown long hair and brown eyes matches her white skinned like an elegant pure lady.

'But my gut is telling me that she isn't.'

??? : "Snow, I've missed you! They said you were transferred in the attic and became a maid overnight. Please don't blame mother... it's all my fault! I know you did not mean to poison me! You were just angered by jealousy that's why you did it. But I forgive you now! "

'Oh? This girl just twisted the tables to step on me with some words. Eh? But that's not gonna work on me, who is not a pushover! '

I pushed her gently to get out from her squeezing hug but she suddenly fall down with a thud.

??? : "Ah..! O-ouch! "

When I was about to speak, a maid came hugging the cake to put fuel to the fire.

??? : " Snow, didn't you hear what her highness Amelia said?! Be grateful that her highness is very kind to forgive you for trying to poison her and she even apologized instead. She gave you kindness and generosity with all her heart, but you return it in an awfully and cruel way!"

'So her name is Amelia.. '

'Nice... your play is very nice to watch... but.. '

"You're done? "

Both we're looking confused with my words.

"If you're done with the drama then sorry, I have no money to give you for the reward. Go on and act out with someone else since I have things to do first. "

Then I walked out leaving all the crowded people, the maid and the princess stupified.

I walked towards the garden and passed by a well.

All the white doves suddenly surrounded the well while staring at me which seems to be like waiting for something for me to do.

"What are you staring at? "

"Shoo! "

They flew away and so I continued my steps towards the fountain.

Then a man suddenly appeared in front of me.

I was about to break his bones but I stopped because his attire was extravagant.

It was a gentleman with a bright yellow blonde hair and amber eyes.

'Is he the owner or is he the guest that the old hag mentioned? '

??? : "Hello there young lady. "

He bowed and greeted me. Looking at his extravagant attire, he must be some rich person to wear this.

"Hello, who might you be Mr..? "

??? :"Ah, how rude of me, Call me William. This fair lady..? "

'I think that Amelia girl called me "Snow" so... '

"This lowly one is called Snow Sir. "

William: "What a beautiful name for a beautiful lady. "

'Is this guy flirting with me? '

"Do you need anything from me Sir William? "

William : "Uh... I w-was lost! Yes, lost. "

"Forgive this lowly one for I can't be of help since I only arrived this morning so I am not familiar with the place here yet. "

"You can ask other people instead. Then, please excuse me. "

William: "W-wait..! "

I bowed before leaving immediately to avoid that flirty guy.

I went back to my room to rest.

While rummaging through every corner of the room, I found a diary book of the owner of this body.

Her name is Snow White who was once the eldest daughter and princess of this now poor kingdom.

It's says in the diary that this kingdom was once full of fortune and glory until the queen passed away and a new queen came.

Then it even more crumbled when the king passed away after this body became 16 yrs old.

'So all in all, I am in a body of a protagonist in a fairytale that dies because of poisoning by eating a stranger's apple and was revived by a kiss from a prince charming while surrounded by 7 dwarves?! '

'Aishh! This life is even worse than my previous one! '

'Nvm, let's just face the problem tomorrow and go to sleep. '
