A man in an island

The clouds slowly turn charcoal gray...

It was telling me that it wil likely rain, riding my little boat on the middle of the see...

I knew I wouldn't survive...

Yet I still tried to strive there was only clear blue waters on the sight...

I still tried to find an island, a place where I really belong...

The waves are getting hight and I was struggling with it until my little boat was slowly unraveling. Peace by peace I watch it float it away, somewhere I could never know...

I tried to swim, as hard as I can,

I'm tired...

I can't continue to swim anymore...

Maybe I should accept that this should be the end of me...

I feel myself slowly drowning.

I can't breathe...

I smiled maybe this was my fate...

I can imagine myself little by little going trough the deep...

I closed my eyes as it's my last...

I woke up in shore beside a campfire...

I tend to look around...

Yet I found no one...

"I knew somebody saved me. I must thank em' for saving my life..."

Little by little the sky turns to the shade of gray telling me that it was gonna rain so I tend to looks around to find shelter...

I looked for quite some time...

It started raining, yet still I found none...

At the other side of the shore there was a girl standing

She was staring at the sea...

As I go near, I hear faint sobs

"is she crying" I ask myself

"hi" I blurted out of nowhere

She wiped her tears as she look back to see me

"huh... Hi, do you feel alright now?" she asked as she showed me a faint smile

"yeah, thank you for saving me earlier" then I smiled back at her...

I don't know why but her smile felt so familiar...

" there is a shelter in the woods near the falls... Let me get you there we might get sick staying out in the rain" she said

"after you" I replied

It didn't take us long to reach a house in the forest.

We went in and she let me to the living room...

"feel at home" she said then go to some what looks like a room

I sat there in the sofa...

After minutes she came back holding a pair on mens clothing

"these are my dad's clothing hope it's fits you...This is the guest room you can stay here for a while, there is a boat fetching us here in a month I guess we have enough supplies, go and take a shower now you night catch cold." she directed

Now she's a little bossy hhmmmmnnn... How many side of her am I gonna see.

" Thanks" I said then go directly to the room

I did what she said then take a seat on the balcony the view of the falls here is relaxing

*knock, knock*

I found me self going to the door and opening it...

"did I disturb you rest?" she asked

"auh... No I was just watching the veiw"

"I made soup" then my gaze landed to the tray she's holding

"let's eat" she continued

I opened the door wide for her to get in and she placed the food in the table on the balcony...

She smile "c'mon" she said

"thank you" I said then we started eating
