As they held each other, Yuan-hue and She-ying watched from a distance, unsure what to do. They had never seen Zheng-tai like this before, and Zheng-tai's gentle touch seemed to be the only thing calming him down.

"What's happening to him?" Yuan-hue whispered to She-ying, who shook her head, equally baffled.

As they observed, Zheng-tai's embrace seemed to be the only anchor for Hu-li, his body slowly relaxing into her touch. But his temperature remained high, and his half-fox form still trembled, a testament to the turmoil within.

Zheng-tai suddenly froze, her eyes widening as she said, "Ah, Hu-li, we may have to cut 'it' off. That way, you won't be in heat."

She-ying and Yuan-hue exchanged a shocked glance, reminded that this was the bloodthirsty demon they had befriended. Hu-li's fox ears perked up at Zheng-tai's words, and he tried to break free from her embrace. However, the texture and coolness of Zheng-tai's body seemed almost addicting, and he started to whine slightly, as if begging for more.

His fox tail, which had been quivering, began to wag slowly in a rhythmic way. His deep bass voice was mixed with a fox-like noise, "Nnngg... no!... don't... please..more.."

Zheng-tai's eyes darted to Hu-li's face, her expression a mix of concern and surprise. She hadn't expected this reaction. She-ying and Yuan-hue watched, unsure how to intervene, as Hu-li's whines grew louder, his body trembling with a mix of pleasure and distress.

"Hu-li, I... I don't know if this is right," Zheng-tai stammered, her hands hesitating on his back.

Hu-li's response was a low, rumbling growl, his fox ears folding back in a pleading gesture. His eyes locked onto Zheng-tai's, his gaze burning with an intense, almost feral desire.

Hu-li let out a soft, saccharine wail, followed by whines and slight clicking sounds, as he licked the side of Zheng-tai's face with the tip of his tongue. His eyes shone with a coquettish gleam, his tail wagging softly.

She-ying and Yuan-hue exchanged a look, and in unison, said, "We'll go find water!" before zooming off, leaving Zheng-tai to stare at their quickly retreating backs.

Zheng-tai's eyes narrowed, her thoughts simmering with annoyance. "Obviously, they don't want to help. Those brats! I'll show you a lesson when I get my hands on you both!"

But her attention was drawn back to Hu-li, who let out a sudden, high-pitched yip sound. His ears perked up, his eyes locked onto Zheng-tai's, and he whined again, his tongue darting out to lick her face once more.

Zheng-tai's glare faltered, her expression softening despite herself. "Hu-li, stop it... you're being too much." But her voice was gentle, her hands hesitant as she reached out to pet his head.

Hu-li's yips turned to soft chirps, his tail wagging faster as he nuzzled Zheng-tai's hand, his eyes shining with adoration.
