The Patched Up Lies

Jungkook grew up cold ,he grew up without parents because of one dark chapter of his life.His Uncle Simon adopted him.

It's not even a secret anymore because the whole city knows what happened to their family.

After his dad was murdered ,his mom and her lover runaway and was never heard of them again,that is how he grew up believing the lies plotted by his Uncle Simon.

He grew up very competetive and cold.His Uncle Simon took over their company since his dad died so everything that he saw on his Uncle he wanted to surpass.

Yes,he admired his Uncle so much because Simon showed and gave him all the things he wanted.

Simon had a son named Hanbin but he pretended to favor Jungkook in every way,making Hanbin hate Jungkook because he was jealous of the treatment his dad showing to his cousin while he always got the left overs.

They always compete in everything and Jungkook always won.

When Simon met an accident,he got crippled and was not able to handle the company ,they had to choose a new CEO to take over.

Jungkook and Hanbin were the closest contenders. They both have highest degrees and best performances in their own departments.

The votes were fifty fifty because they both had loyal supporters, but Jungkook won because his Uncle Simon voted for him.

That really made Hanbin really hate Jungkook and his dad.

So because he couldn't accept his lost, he left the company and went to the other city.

He built his own business and accepted his fate on his father ,but before he left his dad told him he was doing all those for him.

"One day,you will come home and own the whole Jeon corporation,just trust me" he said and tapped his son on his shoulder.

Though Hanbin was puzzled, he didn't believe his dad and left shaking his head, believing it was just his excuse for dropping him infront of the execs.

Jungkook was saddened by the news that his cousin left to the other city,he also didn't understand why his uncle chose him over his own son.

He felt so guilty,but he also couldn't give up the position, because it was always his dream too ,yes Hanbin,him and the rest of Jeon corp's children's ultimate dream was to be on top.

He must prove that he is the best but he tried to tell Hanbin that he can give up the position just so he don't need to leave, but Hanbin rejected his offer.

"I don't need your charity!you know that when I accept your offer you will look down on me even more thinking I owe you,well I don't need it.I can stand alone and become big on my own,not dependent on my dad!" Hanbin snorted and looked at him intensely like mocking him.

"That's not true,you know I always wanted Uncle Simon to treat us equally"Jungkook answered calmly

"Tsk!don't pretend anymore Jungkook,go on savor your reign but prepare that one day I will come after you not using this crap company,I will build my own!" Hanbin spitted bitterly

Jungkook was about to speak but his cousin left him and slammed the door.

He just exhaled deeply and dropped on his couch.

Since Jungkook took over the company it became even more successful, because they started to hire famous and even foreign celebrities as endorsers of their products.

They even expanded to other neihgboring countries.

Because of that, Simon became more envious and was threathened that he would totally lose the company to Jungkook.,If he build a stronger and bigger foundation in the company.

So he went back on his evil plans. He thought he must make Jungkook disappear or get his image tainted within 2-5 years ,he shouldn't wait for him to fully erase his power in the company.

He thought,Hanbin should take over the company within five years or before he gets too old to lift his son up.

So, he plotted again and was just waiting for a perfect time to execute it. He planned the cleanest way he can, like he did years ago.

Yes,he wonder where would have that Donghae gone? that very clever assistant CEO of his late brother,he wasn't able to find him after he was able to escape from his gun.

He was able to murder the Jeon couple but Donghae was able to escape and what more? he even witnessed everything ,how he murdered his brother and his wife ,just because of top position.

His brother went coma for few days and had hope to survive but Simon paid a nurse to disconnect his oxygen that caused him to totally die.

He even adopted Jungkook to cover up all his evil deeds to the family.

People even think he was so kind because he was the first one to volunteer himself to adopt Jungkook because he had two evil plans,to use him and turn him into his evil slave or to terminate him anytime he wants.

But neither of two succeeded.He terminated his other plan of killing him at young age because it will become suspicious if Jungkook die under his care.

So he went to his other plan on him but also failed because,because even if Jungkook grew up very cold,he was always righteous.

No matter how evil things Simon fed in his mind.Jungkook thought,he will only get his revenge to the man who murdered his dad and took his mom away and he will look for his family to use against him.

But years passed and no news about the man who was beleived to have taken his mother away and murdered his dad.,

So he thought, they might have died together but still he will look for them and punish them.
