Old Artifact

*2 Days Later*

Everything goes smoothly, no criminal happen and also Udi's sister, Bellarus find some clue about the artifact which being brought by Udi. So Udi run in hurry to the Library to meet her sister Bellarus to talk about the artifact. But in the middle of his run, Udi meets again with Reigneer in the park and he slowly walking and stop nearby to say hello to Reigneer.

"Hello Mr. Reigneer, what are you doing today in the middle of the park?" Udi wave his hand, open the conversation, asking about him like a confused man.

"Oh hello there... What is your name again... I really forgot about your name...." Reigneer have a little amnesia about name.

"Its Udi, sir.... Are you having an amnesia about people's name mister?" Udi questioning about reigneer amnesia.

"Oh the young man who saved me from the lost of my wallet. How are you today young man?" Reigneer ask back, denying the question about amnesia.

"As usual mister, still figuring out about the artifact." Udi told reigneer without any suspicious.

"Oh what kind of artifact that we're talking about?" Reigneer curious about the artifact that Udi says, which got him good.

"Its kinda like a jewelry stuff, have some shiny metal on it." Udi tell reigneer about a small part of the artifact.

"Hmm, maybe I could help you about it, if I can see the artifact..." Reigneer crossing both of his arm while still curious about the artifact...

"Sure mister, I want to go to library right now to check about the artifact." Udi tell while thinking is there any good clue that she found about the artifact.

"Wait a second.... Are you know the Historian by any chance?" Reigneer thinking about the meeting with the Historian yesterday.

"Yeah... I do know her, she is my sister but without any blood relation." Udi putting his left arm into his waist, feeling kinda unease when talking about her to Reigneer.

"Hmm is that so? Can you by any chance introduce me with your sister?" Reigneer think more about what happen yesterday.

"Sure thing mister." Udi put his hand down, feeling a bit calmer.

"Ok then Udi, show me the path. Also don't call me mister, call me Reigneer from now on." Reigneer reminds Udi about his name.

"Ok... Reigneer." Udi feeling a bit unease when saying the last name of the older ones. Udi respect to elder citizen are being shown.

When Udi and Reigneer walks together in the park, Reigneer get some flashback about yesterday meeting about the artifact.

...*Reigneer Flashback (Yesterday)*...

"Hmm... so this is the village's library." Reigneer feel amazed with how voluptuous the library is.

"I wonder if the historian is in here..." Reigneer still disbelieve about the historian that stays in the library.

After he come inside the library, miss Maye was looking for the book called historia praeterita which she not found it yet because she doesn't know where did the book keeped after Udi give the artifact and leave the library yesterday. While searching the book, she heards the ringing bell coming from her desk.

*Trrrng... Trrrng... Trrrng...*

The bell ringing but she don't care about it yet because of her task to find that book because Bellarus ask her, but the ringing still continue.

*Trrrng... Trrrng... Trrrng...*

This time Maye just rushing from the shelf to the counter desk to see who is the responsible person who rang the bell.

"Excuse me miss, is this the place where I could met the historian?" Reigneer ask gently with low pitch voice.

"Yes it does, this is the place you could meet the historian." Maye feel proud of herself because people getting more attention about the historian but she is also sad because she always need to say about the historian all the times.

"Oh great news then. May I meet the historian? This is an important message from the Liberatain village head chief." Reigneer tell her in hurry and in urgent tones.

"I don't really know who is the chief on your village and what kind of important message you must tell to the historian. But if you need the historian she is in the last isle of the history book collection." Maye still searching the book while telling this.

"Oh great, thanks for the info." Reigneer gratitude and bow to her.

"Its my job after all." Maye deny his gratitude.

After that conversation Reigneer tried to find the last isle of history book collection. He took almost 10 minutes to find the historian but he finally found her. Reigneer see her in the last desk of the last isle reading the last row from his left shelf. With his charm reigneer come walking by slowly.

"Umm, excuse me young lady are you the historian?" Reigneer ask gently but with some hesitation in his tone.

"Yes I am the historian, so what brings you here today?" Bellarus ask for his intention.

"My apology madam, I come in here because of the task that are given by the head chief of Liberatain village." Reigneer slighty bow his head.

"So he sent you here huh? Before that, do you mind that I test you a bit?" Bellarus caution make her curious about Reigneer personality.

"No problem madam." Reigneer said while grabbing the chair and sit, hiding his concern.

"So what kind of expertise you have?" Bellarus just straight to the point, not even any chit chat on the first sentence of her conversation.

"Collecting artifact, selling artifact, informant, and also the owner of exquisite and most rare artifact." With proud and full of charm, Reigneer said it in front of Bellarus.

"Ok, you pass my test. Now then lets talk about the artifact." Bellarus doesn't think much while saying it, but she already know his personality looking by his attitude.

"Yes madam." Reigneer answer it straight as he were in a formal interview immediately.

"Don't be such a formal boy, calm down and tell me what's your name." Bellarus try to calm Reigneer down, touching his left shoulder.

"Mmm... My Nnn... Name is Reigneer madam." Reigneer feel some intense aura that lead him to stutter.

"Calm down Reigneer, don't be too formal with me. Just lets talk about this artifact." Bellarus trying to calm him again but with a little intensive talk.

"Ok what do you know about this artifact?" Bellarus ask to him to test his knowledge.

"Well... I know this is an old necklace which is a gift from the king of Creaster himself to her queen. Also this necklace have some history value before that event happen." Reigneer answer it with a straight and calmer face.

"Ok, so my suspicion are true that this necklace is stuck in time, 8 years ago this thing might have a big clue of Warrigde War." She clearing half of her own suspicion.

"If you see the carving on the side of the necklace its say solum propter imperium victoria. It seems like an old language of Latinus which we don't have someone to translate it. Well if I should guess it might be a cast spell." Bellarus pointing at the left back side of the necklace while trying to figure out more of this item and the impact on the Warrigde War history.

"I agree with you madam historian. Can I call you like that madam?" Reigneer ask because it is bothering him a bit.

"Well... you should call me with my name then, so no one in Liberatain village call me madam historian ever again. Call me Bellarus from now on." Bellarus try to provoke him to call her by the name so no one will misunderstood her calling ever again.

"O....K...." Reigneer put his hand onto the table and hesitate a little bit.

"So we can agree about this, the necklace is abandoned 8 years ago while the tragedy happening." Bellarus start getting on the dot of clues now.

"If I should say in my own opinion miss Bellarus, I guess this thing is more older than 8 years maybe somewhere between 10-15 years ago. Because if you see the little rust over the shape, it should have been less rust in 8 years. In addition, this necklace are full of curse magic spell. One of the curse that I can read is Servos combussit qui animam humanam possidebant. If I should translated, it means 'Burned the slaves who possessed the human soul'. Its a totally dangerous curse." Reigneer pointing on the rust, reading the right part of the necklace, explain more about the history and curse behind it.

"So we can speculate that this necklace maybe the thing that bring Creaster kingdom into chaos and being occupied by monster right now?" Bellarus give her opinion, deep think onto the clues.

"No if I should say, there is something about this necklace that doesn't fit with the era." Reigneer make some serious face and undeniable argument.

"Well I guess that sentence brings the end of this artifact topics." Bellarus calmly think about the item more.

"Yeah I suppose this thing should never be known by anyone in the existance." Reigneer give a suggestion, so no one can took it nor use it.

"Agreed." Bellarus approved.

"Now next topic, why did you come in here? Is there any kind of valuable information from your chief?" Bellarus start the next topic with some serious face.

"This might be an important news for you... So the chieftain want you to come in Liberatain village as our advisor and our new chief." Reigneer goes staight forward with the discussion.

"That is not an important news..." Bellarus already trying to be serious and her hope kinda ruined. With a disappoint face, she sat her face down to her thighs.

"This is important for the head chief and you as the most important person." Reigneer still convince that this news is important.

"Please tell him, as soon as possible. I REJECT THE OFFER." Bellarus anger is outrageous, because of the unimportant message.

"Why?" Reigneer doesn't understand the situation.

"Don't ask that. Ask your chief. IF YOU DON'T TELL HIM THAT, I'LL BREAK YOUR BONES. ALSO YOUR CHIEF BONES." Bellarus start lifting the chair and start to raging near the bookshelf.

"Alright madam. If that is what you wish for." Reigneer kinda feel the awkwardness of this situation and feeling scared at the same time towards Bellarus.

"OK our topic ends here. NO MORE DISCUSSION ABOUT THAT." Try to maintain her emotion. She walk off from the library and Reigneer follow her a bit.

After the discussion, they goes into the lounge room and drink a cup of tea while sitting infront of the lounge room. The time ticks and they became more interest of the artifact topics. Atleast they have a good common in artifact. After all of that Reigneer goes back to his village and say goodbye to Bellarus.

...*End Of Reigneer Flashback*...

"Reigneer, we are arrived at the library." Udi try to amazed Reigneer.

"Wow... this library is big." Reigneer try to fake his amazed looking.

"Is this your first time visiting the library?" Udi want to know are the feelings is true or not.

"Yeah, this is my first time coming in here." Reigneer still trying to lied in front of Udi. Even though it seems suspicious, Reigneer hold his act.

"Oh so this is truly your first time eh? Well then, lets go inside of the library, shall we?" Udi dismiss the idea that Reigneer lied and recall Reigneer to come in.

"Lets go then and please show me everything in here if you can." Reigneer accept the recalls while faking his unknown about the library.

After they going inside of the library, they meet Maye the Librarian and talk for a few minute before meeting with Bellarus. While in the last isle of history book collection, Udi found the book that Maye was looking for. Its in the bottom of the last shelf from the right... Reigneer feel bad for Maye because of yesterday... In Reigneer hearts, he is hoping that Maye never forget about where she put the book again.
