Chapter 1

Her marriage day came. She is happy, finally she thought that she has some one as family and a place called home. Her uncle took her to the aisle, she remembered saying to the sister in church, "I'll try to be happy from now on", the question is can she be happy?

She feels stuffed, she's too shy to look at the groom. Nancy was not a shy girl but her attitude changed after her parents death and many things changed her.

She looked at the groom, he's handsome in his tux, he has scowl on his face, he doesn't look happy, she will change him she thought for both of them this is an arrange marriage, no one has even spoken to each other. This is the first time they are meeting.

After I do, he leans to kiss her, and it was a chastity kiss. But that is also her first kiss. Marriage ended, they doesn't dance, the groom Alan says he hates dance so they skipped it.

They didn't go for honeymoon as Alan is the CEO of TINTENDOS a famous gaming and company. He has lots of work it. They went to his house, she has not much luggage, so her aunt, uncle and their daughters drives her out of her parents mansion with an evil laugh.

When she arrived to his house, first she passed through the security, she was ashamed why should he make his wife to be checked, the security head Hunter whom she saw in the church morning was with them.

Then she walked inside and an old lady welcomed her warmly, itseems the lady is a cook and is living in the house itself, the house has only one cook, Alan and security people no one else. The lady showed her room, it was very small compared to her own one, but she didn't care all she wanted was a home .

The cook Mrs.Peri called Nancy for dinner and she went, she is waiting for her husband, when Mrs. Peri said, "Please eat Ms.Nancy, Alan is having headache so he wants you to eat first."

Nancy was downhearted hearing this but she ate few and went to see her husband. She knocked him room and opened, him room was huge very big and nice but not sparkly or warm something was missing.

She went near her husband to check his temprature. He reeked of alcohol, when she touched him to check, he woke up and said, "What do you want to have your way today itself, do want me, are u a whore? You should have rejected the marriage and now you came to my room without my permission, in this house your room is downstairs, we have no relationship or whatsoever, this is to please my step mother and my father, or did my stepmom paid you huge so you can be my whore. Tell me." He is so angry spitting all the words, and she was take aback frozen to the spot and a tear escaped her eye, she said, "No I don't want anything to do with you, all I thought was to introduce myself and we can start off as friends, I don't even know your step mom. This marriage is arranged by my aunt and uncle, I'm not obliged to anything."

He then gave her a papers, "This is divorce application, sign it then."

She is trembling and says,"I won't, my uncle and aunt will kill me." The reason she won't sign is different she has many things to consider, but she can put up with him than her uncle and aunt.

He then said, "You really are worst. We will see how long you can keep up your face. If you live her I want you be a shadow, I don't want to see your face the time you live here. Get out now!!"

She went to her room bathed and changed, her room has no bed too he made sure she suffers. But she has seen more, she herself in mirror while changing the stomach her thighs, her back all have cuts and wounds of severe beating and how far she escaped all, how she's holding her life just to bring justice to her parents death, to prove her parents were murdered and not because of some accident.

She wrote her dairy of the day. She has a habit of writing diary from young, her parents made sure she remembers her life everyday, though they are rich, they bought her up like a normal girl. At age of 10 she lost her parents and her life collapsed. After writing her diary she slept.

She woke up in morning and sun was directly hitting her window as she is sleeping in room basically where the maids sleep in a mansion. She didn't complain. She took bath, dressed and she took her bag, she is still in college a 17 year old. One year left for to be 18. She got married before turning to an adult because she was threatened to life and she can't say no because she's privately investigating her parents death and she needs all support.

She set to go to a cafe near her university where she worked, the cafe owner is her friend and he appointed her when she started college, he's the son of her father's friend, everyone of them are helping her to solve their parents murder.

She came out of her room. She is hoping she won't meet him. Instead she met Mrs.Peri, "My girl come and have some coffe and breakfast, don't go without having anything." Nancy doesn't know how to say, she doesn't feel this is her home, and she doesn't want to be indebted to someone or even to eat someone's food. Shes earning, she can eat in cafe. She says," Mrs. Peri, from now on, please do not prepare anything for me for lunch dinner or breakfast. I don't think so this is my home. So please don't do these for me. I'm already late for my work. I'm leaving."

She didn't wait for Mrs.Peri's answer, she left.
