CHAPTER 5: Indirect Kiss

On the way to the Karaoke place, Cain was thinking where he heard the meaning of the rose. Looking at Ember who is still holding the rose, she seems happy.

“Bleu are you sure that your brother is still in France?” Ember said she knew the only person who could give her this rose.

“Hmmm… yes mom said that they will come back next week,” Bleu said while looking confused. He didn’t know that his brother had already come back, he thought he was still at the dorm.

Cain looking at Ember and Bleu remembered something “AH! I remember now! the meaning I heard it means ‘LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT’ am I right Ember?” Cain said while smiling. He remembered Blaize told him that he always gave Ember Lavender Rose, and he also told him the meaning of it.

Luna saw the place and was so excited that she grabbed Ember's hand to run. Ember immediately protected the rose in her hand like it was so precious. While protecting the rose, she noticed that Luna didn’t ask her about it. Maybe Luna was so excited to sing that she forgot about it.

Almost at the front door of the Karaoke place, two guys suddenly blocked the two girls running. The two guys blocking the girls looked like drug addicts, their appearance was so messy and their eyes had a dark circle around them.

Cain and Bleu were far behind Ember and Luna. They saw the two drug addicts blocking Ember and Luna on the way to the Karaoke place. they hurriedly run toward them…

"Tim, look cute girls!" the drug addict on the right side said. The two drug addicts observe Ember and Luna.

“Ember I am scared!” Luna said while holding the hands of Ember. Both of them are shivering and scared. Two guys suddenly appear, blocking their way, and also the look of the two guys makes them scared.

"Hey, girls want to hang out with us," Tim asked, he was looking at Ember. Ember can’t say a word, she was petrified, this event didn't happen to her in the past, and this was the first time.

"No! Who do you think of us! MORON!!!" Luna said with an irritable tone. Luna was also scared but looking at Ember’s pale face she

"This girl is quite gutsy don't you think," Tim said while grabbing Luna. Ember saw Luna was being dragged by a guy named Tim.

“Let me go! let me go! RASCAL!... I said LET ME GO!” Luna said while struggling. She kicked Tim to let her go instantly. Tim avoided it and he smiled.

“Such an active girl! I like you!” Tim said while smiling.

Cain and Bleu immediately caught up with Ember and Luna. they saw what happened, Bleu immediately went to Ember while Cain helped Luna. Cain punched the face Tim and was caught off guard. Tim released Luna, and Cain grabbed Luna and protected her.

While Bleu grabbed Ember, he went in front of the second addict. “Seems like they have a knight and shining armor, Tim” the addict shouted.

“I already call the police,” Cain said while looking at Tim. Tim was alerted and looked at his companion.

“Let’s run away Bill...they call the police,” Tim said. the two addicts run away.

At the Karaoke place, Luna and Ember still feel scared. They rent out a room for them to sing. Bleu is left with Ember and Luna while Cain is out of the room buying foods,

“Ember, are you fine now?” Luna asks while she gives Ember water. “Yeah I am fine,” Ember said, she doesn't want to worry Luna and Bleu.

Cain walked into the room “Cain where have you been? why did it take so long?” Bleu asked. Cain went out for almost thirty minutes just to buy their food.

“Oh! I just gave a call to mister worrywart…” Cain looked at Ember while talking “I mean your brother...hehe” Cain added, he scratched the back of his head.

“WHAT?” Ember was shocked, she knew Blaize wouldn't let go of this event and find out who the addicts were.

“Ember, why are you suddenly shouting?’ Luna asked, the three of them looked at Ember confused. Ember was embarrassed and looked away “sorry!”.

Cain and Bleu were busy looking for their song while Ember and Luna were eating on the side. Luna looked at Ember "Hey Ember what type of guy you like?" Luna asks.

Ember was shocked and looked at Luna "Luna!" She just called Luna’s name. Ember, don’t want to talk about these things.

"Yeah, yeah I know" Luna replied with a bit of disappointment "I thought you would be interested a little bit now" she whispered to herself.

…

Minutes have passed... Luna grabbed the microphone and sang her chosen song. She has a great voice, many people who heard her voice were mesmerized.

Next to Luna was Cain, he is just an ordinary guy with an ordinary voice. Ordinary that no one wants to hear him sing again.

Next to Cain is Ember with an angelic voice. Some people say that any person with a disease will be healed if they heard Ember sing.

Bleu sings next... nobody knows that Blue can sing so beautifully. Bleu has a great voice, but it's not his interest. "BLEU! you have a great voice" Luna said loudly

"Yeah Bleu, Did not know you can sing," Ember said with a smile. Bleu suddenly looks away, "Th-thank you," he said shyly.

Bleu sat next to Ember. He always looks at her secretly. If he thinks that Ember will look his way, he always avoids eye contact and looks away.

Ember was eating her ice cream. She saw that Blue was looking at her. "do you want some?" Ember asked. She didn’t know why Bleu was looking at her and thought Bleu liked her ice cream.

"Uuuhhh-uuuhmmmm..." Ember suddenly feeds Bleu with her ice cream. Bleu was so embarrassed and shy. his face is red as a tomato and Ember didn’t notice her actions.

Cain who is next to Bleu murmurs "indirect kiss" Bleu blush. Cain loves to tease both Bleu and Blaize. But he thinks that Bleu is easy to tease while Blaize sometimes counterattacks him.

Ember notices that Bleu is red as a tomato "Bleu, why are you red? are you sick?" Ember asked while being worried.

"No, it's just so hot in this room" Bleu responds and walks away. "Hot? But there is air con in this room" Ember said.

Cain heard the conversation of Bleu and Ember. He tried not to laugh but could not do it. "HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!" Cain laughed so hard "I love teasing both brothers, mostly Bleu," he said to himself.

Luna was confused why Cain is laughing "Why are you laughing," she asked.

"Nothing, it is just that I remember something," Cain said while looking at Ember who is singing. He is being cautious.

Cain whispered to Luna about what happened. Luna Can't hold it also; she laughs so hard but tries not to be so loud, thinking that Ember might ask about what is happening.

While Cain and Luna were talking to each other, Bleu came in. "Hey, you sure get a point," Luna said to Bleu.

"HUH?" Bleu replied with his curious look. He didn’t know what Luna was talking about what happened a few minutes ago.

"Indirect kiss... 10 points," Cain said teasingly. Bleu now understands what the two are talking about. "Stop it, you two," Blue said, being embarrassed.

"You're so cute... his blushing Cain" Luna said teasingly. Both Luna and Cain tease Bleu without Ember knowing anything...
