well Pierre was a dominant engima but after the incident of betrayal he completely became submissive as he was broken and Pierre was afraid of Toby as in past Pierre and Toby's relationship was full of hatred and Toby hasn't forgive him also Toby will go to that extent even he will kill his own family to protect dada aka Harry as Harry is Toby's life.
