Chapter 2

At Mount Olympus

"Master, should I follow you there in case Hades comes", he asked kinda worriedly. "Taehyung chill out Hades will be busy and if anything happens I can handle him", I reassured him and went inside the arena.

I know if he could come with me in this arena he would to keep Hades away from me but well only the greatest deities also known as '13 Titans' can enter this place. Well he can be protective at times and I secretly enjoy that but I don't think I'm gonna tell that to him anytime soon.

"Look who finally blessed with her presence", a very high pitched female voice interrupted my thoughts. "It's nice to see you too Goddesses Aphrodite", I unwillingly greeted her.

"I heard Apollo was after you for a few decades, well I see his choice has became very cheap", she said clearly to get under my skin but it will take much more than few of  her cheap tactics to get under my skin.  

"Well not cheap as Ares, and also Apollo wasn't after me for a few decades but is", I smirked as I love seeing her fumed face, this sight is just priceless for me. "Well now if you excuse me I have important matters to handle my dear sister", I said and went in the other direction. "Well tit for tat sister", I smirked as I left her speechless with my comment.

The thing I hate the most is drama, gossiping and men who doesn't know where to stop. I maybe the God of Seduction but that doesn't give them the reason to flirt with me shamelessly to the point where they forget their place. Though today I may seduce someone or two. 

"Ah here's my favorite sister, you arrived a little late I was waiting for you since forever", she pouted and hugged me tightly. "Sister, I wasn't late that damn girl Aphrodite started chatting with me", I sighed and hugged her tightly inhaling her fresh mint perfume which helped me calm my mind. 

"Sister have you secretly went to the Human realm", I asked confidently. "How did you knew, omg Poseidon will be angry at me for not telling him, shit how the word got out, I was very neat this time to cover my tracks", she panicked as she held her head. "

Athena sister I don't know if anyone knows but it's your mint perfume that's giving the human realm vibe, but nice perfume", I smiled as I squeezed her hand to give her some courage.

"Anyway I heard Poseidon's already inside, I'm going I have to greet him, and nice dress", she excitedly commented and left hurriedly to meet her unrequited love.  Though I'll never understand why she fell in love with father but I won't pry.

She looks so happy whenever she thinks about father and her sparkles brightly just at the sight of father, that makes me happy and sad at the same time. As father never shows any romantic affection for her, he's always just so guarded and unbothered about this matter. And it's not like sister Athena intends to hide her love for father Poseidon so every being knows.

"You know it isn't good to pry at someone's conversation, so come down", I ordered Pheme to come down as she was hanging from the ceiling and listening to our conversations secretly, though I already know it's her job but sometimes it's just too annoying. 

"Ah isn't it my favourite scandal free Goddess", Pheme finally showed herself. "Whatever, but how you came inside", I asked being annoyed. "Well it's my secret, and don't talk to me like that considering we have a history together", she smirked as she whispered in my ears.

"Pheme don't get your hopes too high, and whatever we had was only for Taehyung others I would have never associated with someone like you", I spat the facts and left her there. 

"Good heavens that's why I hate this place, there's absolutely zero privacy, now there's two more challenges to come", I sighed and went inside the Enchanted Forest.

"You came, how you have been", father Zeus asked strictly. "Greetings father, and by your grace I have been well", I greeted and bowed at him.  "Where's father Poseidon", I asked him as I started looking here and there. 

"He's currently at the West Wing can you go and tell him that it's time and I don't want him to slack even more", father Zeus asked me to which I nodded and went straight to the west wing. "If it's West Wing then won't Apollo be there?", I thought while going there, but there's nothing I can do as Father Zeus asked me to do this. 

Upon reaching to the West Wing I knocked on the door before entering, and hell I wasn't ready for what was right before my eyes. Father Poseidon and sister Athena are kissing, I didn't knew what to do so I quickly left the place and went inside a different room, and there was him standing ***** right before my eyes. Just my luck.

"Pardon me I didn't knew  someone was here", I apologized as I turned the other way.  "It's okay you know, I don't mind as it's you", he said in a very husky tone and it clearly made my cheeks to heat up. 

"But jokes apart I never expected you to be in my chambers", he said and came in front of me. "I..um well in my defense I didn't knew it is your chamber, well sorry for making you uncomfortable, I,ll take my leave now", I hurriedly exclaimed and when I was about to leave he held my hand. 

"Well you don't need to leave you know, and as I said I'm never uncomfortable when I'm around you", he said making me feel butterflies in my stomach and my whole face flushed due to the fact that we were close enough to share an intimate moment. Though I was avoiding his eye contact but I felt his proud smug. He knows his this type of typical action makes me flushed that's why he enjoys it more. 

And not to say his fine abs pressing against me makes it even worse. But luckily I know how to compose myself well. I can never show him my red heated cheeks, then he must know that his action does makes me feel something. I took a deep breath before turning to him.

"Anyway it's not time for all of your games, father Zeus summoned everybody like ten minutes ago, let's just go, and maybe we can pick where we left later on", I winked before leaving a flustered face Apollo behind. As much as I want to see and enjoy his blush face I don't have time since I'm needed over there. 

"Father Poseidon finally I found you, father Zeus told no actually ordered you to come at the Enchanted Forest immediately", I informed him while playing a little dumb, because no matter what I don't wanna witness their romance right in front of my eyes or discuss those matters with him. His love life or father Zeus love life is the least concern of mine. And as a daughter I can only give some advice and support them, which I mostly do.  

"Then let's go together it has been two decades since I last saw you anyway", he smiled and we both went towards the Enchanted Forest together. "How have you been, and if you have any problem with any of your task or life you know where to find me", he said and patted my head gently. How badly I missed his words I just can't express but one thing is for sure that his advice is the best, he knows exactly what to do and how to do and that makes him a fabulous person in my eyes at least.

"Oh by the I heard that you are dating Apollo, isn't he your first boyfriend, congratulations for that, but daughter don't you think you are really young to start dating. I mean you were just born like yesterday", he pouted as he looked at me with a worrisome gaze. "Father I'm not dating him, and I was born so many centuries ago that I lost my count. And also if I start dating someone you will be the first person to know about it I promise", I promised him and he just nodded and showed a relieved smile.

Few minutes before the Oracle

"Let's see what will be the oracle of this decade", sister Athena murmured but loud enough for me to hear. Well I'm curious and nervous too, not to mention the last time the oracle declared prophecies of that war which still haunts me to this day. And my hatred towards Oracles started since then.

But there's absolutely nothing I can do, because no matter what my very existence is because of an oracle and being one of the Thirteen titans made this even worse because for that no matter what I have to attend it. Talk about shit life. 

The Oracle

From now a new chapter for all of the Gods will begin as the time of the greatest war is near the corner. A solution for preventing the war? There isn't any. Only problems will arise. If you want to find a solution then never turn against each other. Also in this war trust no one but yourself, because the closest person will push you at the death's door. From now on Gods should fear death like human. As Love will bloom so as death. Be prepare to loose one of the closest companion of yours. One sacrifice, and one betrayal is all it will take to start the new era of Thirteen Olympians. This war will test your power, intelligence, sacrifice, patience and love. Keep the loved one closer than anything. This time take a step forward and let your loved one know that you truly love them before it's too late. Prepare for the worst as anything can happen. 

As the oracle was released most of the god's gasped at the future possibilities. I was surprised to say the most, what did this oracle meant. But the most difficult one to digest was that close one's betrayal, and an iconic war to start in the future. Will I be the odd one if i admit that I fear war? Probably because I'm partially born to rule wars, because I'm also the "God Of Battle". 

But one thing that I'm worried about the most is 'Trust No One' statement. Then whom should I trust, sometimes I can't even trust myself. Then is that means I have to be worried about myself too?

"My dear companions you heard the oracle, I think it's gonna determine our bond from now on, but fear not my companions I'm here, we all are here. As a responsible king for now on I'll be taking all the worry, so  don't burden yourself with unnecessary worry. Let's have some wine and good meat. Even if a great war is upon us for today let's forget everything and take a little break. Everyone please join the Great Grand dinning hall in a few moment for a grand feast. Then I'll be taking my leave for now, we can hold a meeting little later", father Zeus excused himself after giving a short speech and left towards the Main Hall.
