Our trio are exhausted from the shrimping adventures. After eating, they continue working. However, Wizard Calix and Teacher Park has had enough. They devise an escape plan without Fairy Emiley’s knowledge. Back at the apartment, Luca and Julian enjoy some whiskey together. They engage in a few ridiculous competitions before lying down to rest. There, Luca shares with Julian the story behind why he doesn’t celebrate his birthday.
As a young child, Julian was placed into an orphanage and was taken care of by two sisters: Sister Sia and Sister Mila. At first, he didn’t suspect anything, but he one day overheard the two sisters talk to each other. It was then that Luca learned he was actually Sister Mila’s son. Of course, his own mother never loved him and believed that Luca should have never been born. This is why Luca dislikes his birthday and has such a bad memory of it.
That night, Luca sleeps with thoughts of Amelia on his mind again. Julian himself has a dream about Amelia and is visited by her in his dream. He confesses his feelings for her in the dream and adds that his life has gotten much happier since he’s met her. However, the dream is over before the two can talk any further and Amelia wakes up to a knock at the front door of her house. When she opens the door, Amelia finds Luca standing there in front of her. Though he’s not certain if he is Amelia’s reincarnated husband that she’s looking for, Luca is certain about one thing though: he likes Amelia and has feelings for her.
Meanwhile, back at the house, Julian’s lotus flower that was gifted to him by Amelia finally blooms.
Luca visits Amelia’s house early in the morning to confess to her: he’s not sure if he’s her reincarnated husband she’s been searching for, but he is certain that he’s beginning to like her. The intense moment is interrupted by Stella who wakes up to the chatter. Luca freaks out when he glances at Stella with whiskers on her face. He is eventually invited into the house and introduced to Stella as Professor Luca. He also learns that Stella has been reincarnated five times and her fifth time is that of a tiger.
Once Luca leaves to use the restroom, Amelia scolds Stella for appearing with whiskers on her face. She must have been dreaming of something racy. Moreover, Amelia encourages Stella to go outside and spend time outside in the sunny weather. However, Stella plans on staying inside for the day so Amelia is forced to go outside if she wants to spend more time with Luca.
Back at the apartment, Julian gets ready and prepares to visit Amelia. However, when he arrives to the house, he learns that Amelia isn’t home. Instead, she’s out at a restaurant with Luca for breakfast. The two each order their own bowl of boiled chicken, but while Luca digs in to the food, Amelia hesitates to eat. She finds the bowl of chicken too big of a portion for her to eat alone. Of course, this was because she would share a similar size chicken with her entire family 699 years ago. Amelia then notices Luca’s strange eating habit with the chicken. He shares that he eats the neck of the chicken first after developing it as a habit because of Julian. To allow Julian to taste other delicious parts of the chicken, Luca would volunteer to eat the neck first.
Julian manages to reach Amelia via phone thanks to Professor June who lends Julian his phone. Julian joins Luca and Amelia at the restaurant and also orders his own bowl of chicken. While Amelia leaves to use the restroom, Luca reveals to Julian the honest truth: he likes Amelia as well and wants to also spend time with her just like how Julian did with Amelia. Julian reacts in shock and struggles to process the information.
Once the three finish eating, they exit the restaurant together. An odd encounter with a stranger motivates Amelia to suggest they participate in another activity that won’t involve being outside. With that in mind, Julian recommends they try out an escape room. Back at the sea, Wizard Calix and Teacher Park devise their escape plan. They can maybe just use another magic bean to escape and return back in time, but Wizard Calix warns that using the bean could also be dangerous. Teacher Park grabs some of the beans hidden in Wizard Calix’s pocket, but he’s unable to read the writing on them. Wizard Calix is unable to read the writing either since they’re in Chinese.
