That night, Stella expresses her honest feelings about Julian. She likes Julian and finds him nice. Amelia should just forget about finding her reincarnated husband, but Amelia is determined to find him even if it takes a while. Luca and Doctor Charlotte compete at a swimming pool so Doctor Charlotte can train for her upcoming competition. Luca complains about being at the pool with Doctor Charlotte, but Doctor Charlotte doesn’t snap back. Doctor Charlotte even goes as far as to faking a drown so that Luca can rescue her. However, she’s just pulling a prank on him as he will eventually discover seconds later when he pulls her out of the pool. After swimming, the two head out for some sashimi. Doctor Charlotte ponders what moves to pull on Luca next so that he will eventually fall in love with her.

Our trio make it onto the ship and are told by the captain of the boat that they’ll be out in the sea for three months once they set sail. The three have no choice but to stay on the ship, but at least they’re on the same boat as Fairy Emiley’s ex-husband. Maybe things won’t be that bad after all. Back at the university, Stella visits Bora at the coffee shop. She’s struck by his handsome looks and brews him some delicious coffee. She also invites him to return to the coffee shop anytime.

Luca also heads to the coffee shop in hopes of meeting Amelia, but he grows disappointed when he finds Bora there instead. When Luca returns to the lab, he learns that Julian is out shopping. He grows even more suspicious when he hears that Julian is helping pick out clothes for someone else.

At the shop, Amelia tries on a bunch of mismatched floral outfits. Though she clearly likes them and is obsessed with anything floral, Julian doesn’t feel so good about the floral outfits. The store owner is tempted to earn money though and he tends to Amelia’s needs. While he treads off to go search for floral neck-ties for Luca and Julian, Julian stares lovingly at Amelia. Just like 699 years ago when he gave her a back-hug at their village house, the present Julian hugs Amelia from behind in the store.

While out shopping, Julian gives Amelia a back hug and adds that he’s afraid Amelia will fly away and leave him. The same words were uttered by husband Ryan 699 years ago to Amelia who also gave her a back-hug. Julian and Amelia sit down to have a talk after shopping; Amelia jokes around about the comment Julian made back in the store.

Back in his office, Luca checks his mail and finds a card sent by his mother wishing him a happy birthday. He grows angry and rips the card apart. He opens the curtains to the window to bring some sunlight into the office, but it only makes things worse. Luca witnesses Amelia and Julian talking to each other outside on the bench. Luca decides to stop by the convenience store to grab some alcohol and sausage for later on at night. Julian himself returns to the lab and is accused of being in a relationship given just how happy he’s been looking. However, Julian refutes the accusations.

Back at home, Amelia hands Stella two of the floral outfits she picked out for her. Stella notices Amelia’s cheerful behavior and assumes she must have had a good time shopping with Julian. Though Amelia denies the assumptions, it’s obvious she had a great time with him. She recalls once again the back-hug that Julian gave her back at the store.
