A dragon once descended on the earth a long time ago
since the dragon loved humans ,he bestowed his powers to a human who had the potential to become a great ruler
then as it was passed down through the generations the dragon's powers got diluted
and each generation inherited less power then the last one
these outcasts are also called super humans
