Max: we need to talk about the fact that our parents are dating.

Lindwin: you are right my dad said that they are pretty serious.

BILL ENTERED THE ROOM

Bill: Hey guys dinner is ready. What are you two doing in here?

Lindwin: Good question!!

Max: well I'm starving. see you down stairs.

MAX LEFT

Bill: Not so fast! I've to set some ground rules.

Aana: you must have a lot in common! it would be so much fun, if you would become friends.

Max: I already have friends.

Aana: but no female friends, only boys.

Lindwin: Maybe he scares women away. I can see how that would happen.

Bill: Lindwin...

Aana: Some girl named Vega called last night asking for you. why don't you invite her over sometime?

Max: Mom please stay out of my personal life.

Aana: I was just trying to make conversation.

Bill: Come on, let's change the topic of discussion.

2 AWKWARD HOURS LATER

(LINDWIN IN HER ROOM TALKING TO CHLOE ON PHONE)

Lindwin: My life is officially over.

Chloe: Because Max stones mother is dating your father? Oh , I feel so bad for you.

Lindwin: Hang on I got a message.

Message from max

Max: Hey, it's Max. Are you awake?

Lindwin: How do you get my number?

Max: I've my ways. I want to apologise if I was being rude today.

Lindwin: Did your mom ask you to write that?

Max: Haha. maybe, Anyway....wanna meet up?How about the park by your house? There's something I want to tell you.

Lindwin: it's been a pretty crazy day.i think I should go to bed .

BILL ENTERED THE ROOM

Bill: Hey lindwin I know it's late but I just wanted to thank you for making an effort to get to know Aana and Max tonight.

Lindwin: no need dad

Bill: I know this seems premature but...they will probably be around for a while.

Lindwin: umm..Really?

Bill:yes...she's the woman I've been waiting for.

Lindwin: if you say so (Thinking-- I'm happy for u dad)

Bill: well, I'm going to bed . sleep well

BILL LEFT

Lindwin:(Thinking in worry-- they're gonna be around for awhile?! )

MESSAGE FROM MAX

Max: I'm bummed you can't meet up, but I guess I can live with it. But I think we both know I'm not going anywhere. whether we like it or not.
