We left the library, and Matheo wanted to sit on my lap and be carried in my wheelchair to the kitchen, so I granted his wish. Max: Yes, Mom. A young boy said some wise words to me and convinced me.
(My mother cried with joy and ran to hug me, followed by my nanny. While they embraced me, my father Doménico and Miss Dino entered the kitchen.)
Don Maximo: Son, it's great to see you at the table again.
(Doménico looked at Vicky and then said to her,)
Doménico: Tell me that the artillery you brought to tame this Beast is Matheo.
Vicky: Well, I knew Teo would be of great help, but I was going to discuss it with him tonight, to come up with a plan. But from what I see, my boy beat me to it.
(Everyone looked at Teo with a "What did you do?" expression, to which the child replied,)
Teo: Mom, I was at the library studying math, and Max came and noticed that I was struggling a lot. So, he took pity on me and ended up explaining it to me. You know that numbers don't come easy to me.
(Wow, undoubtedly, this child has a sharp mind. Hahaha, what a quick analysis he made. Although that wasn't how it all began, that will be our secret.)
Max: That's right.
Vicky: Young man, even though I didn't bring you into this world, I know you very well, and I feel that although there is much truth in your response, it's missing something. Vicky winked at Matheo, apparently intelligence runs in the family.
Doña Carlotta: Well, now that we're all together, let's take advantage before Max changes his mind.
(I shook my head from side to side and laughed at my mother's haste, hahaha)
Teo: Hold on, Max doesn't know my mom, so Max, let me introduce you to the best mom in the world, Victoria Alanna Santiago Fisher.

Vicky: Pleasure is all mine, Mr. Pierini. Please call me Vicky.

Teo: Alright, now that introductions are done, let's eat because I'm starving.
Vicky: Son, you're always hungry. I've always said that financing your education will be cheaper than your stomach.
Everyone: Hahaha.
Teo: Well, Mom, it's not my fault that the food is the most delicious in this world.
The dinner went very well, in fact, I haven't felt this way in a long time. My mother was right when she approached me and told me that since Victoria and Matheo arrived, the child has taken over the lead at the table. I observed everyone conversing and interacting comfortably with the child, but I had never seen Mom and Dad so excited about Matheo.
