Chapter 5: Pregnancy

Molly might be the one that the prince was looking for. At the thought of this, Reese thought of the one million dollars. As long as she handed Molly over, she would get a million dollars. It's like God's helping!

Blanche nudged Reese impatiently, "What are you thinking about? Is that girl you or not?"

Reese was about to speak when the door was opened. It was from Molly. Reese hid the newspaper in her hand by instinct. Molly didn't expect to see her stepmother and sister in the living room at this time. She went forward to her room with her head down.

"Molly! Are you blind? You don't even say hello to your mother and sister when coming across us". Blanche was in a bad mood. She shouted out when Molly ignored them.

"Oh, Aunt Blanche, Do you see my mother? Why don't I see her? As the saying goes, a good conscience is a soft pillow. I don't see my mother. Is it because I never did anything bad to her?" Molly said slowly, looking at Blanche.

Molly was very meek and didn't like to argue with people. However, her mother was her bottom line. No one could degrade her mother. "Mom!" Reese stopped Blanche and winked at her implicitly. She had something to ask Molly, so she couldn't let her mother beat Molly away.

"Molly, I am glad that you are coming back. I just have something to ask you." Reese said impatiently with a hypocritical smile. "One month ago, you came back in the early morning. Did you spend the whole night in SL Hotel? What happened that night?"

Molly gnashed her teeth furiously at the thought of what had happened that night. She stared at Reese, "You know what happened clearly. Why do you still ask me about it?"

Molly never knew that Reese could be so shameless that she dared to ask what happened that night. Being too angry, Molly was dizzy and fell to the ground.

"Ah!" Blanche and Reese cried out, seeing Molly falling. "What's wrong with her? Is she dead?" Blanche said nervously, clutching Reese's hands. Reese was also very scared, and her face turned pale. She carefully passed over to feel the breath of Molly.

Luckily, Molly was still alive. Reese was relieved and pushed her mother. "Mom, what are you waiting for? Call the Ambulance!" If Molly was dead later, they couldn't get away with it. Blanche hurriedly took out her cell phone to call 911. The Ambulance arrived soon. Unwilling as Blanche and Reese were, they went to the hospital together with Molly. The moment they got to the hospital, Molly woke up. However, the doctor insisted that Molly needed to have a body check. "Your faintness could be attributed to anemia or some serious diseases like heart diseases or brain-related diseases. Some diseases have a great possibility of being cured if they are found early." The doctor's words perturbed Molly. She did have been uncomfortable recently. So she followed the doctor's advice. However, she never thought that the examination result would be like this ......

"Doctor, what did you say? Is this result wrong? How could I......" Molly's face was ashen. She couldn't accept this result at all. The doctor was a little unhappy. "Such a simple examination couldn't be wrong in our hospital."

It turned out that she was pregnant! She was carrying that man's baby. Molly had a feeling that the sky was falling.

Before she recovered from the shock, Blanche shouted, "How can you have a baby before getting married? Don't you feel shame? We can't have this child. Our family cannot be humiliated by you!" Her voice was so loud that even the people outside the room could hear what she said. Molly felt that everyone was looking at her. Her face couldn't help but grow whiter and whiter. Her fingers were gripping the quilt tightly. She was completely overwhelmed.

The doctor couldn't bear Blanche's attitude, "Where is your boyfriend? Do you want to tell him about the baby?" Nowadays, people are more open-minded, and it is very common for young girls and boys to have a child before marriage. The doctor was accustomed to this. It's great for them to get married.

Molly laughed bitterly. If only the baby's father was her boyfriend. They even didn't know each other.

Blanche smirked, "She doesn't even have a boyfriend. The father of this child? Who knows? The child must be aborted."

"Mom, what are you talking about?" Reese said hurriedly, "Anyway, the child is innocent. It's cruel to kill a baby who hasn't seen the world."

Molly dazed and thought, "Yes, the child is innocent! The child is not only the man's but also hers." Molly stroked her stomach and made a decision. She wanted to give birth to this child.

She thought that probably she would not see that man again. Her child also had nothing to do with that man. It was just a one-night stand. She's not so self-absorbed as to make him responsible for that night.

"I want to give birth to this child."

Blanche looked at Reese in amazement, "Something wrong with you?"

"The newspaper." Reese made a wink at her mother and whispered, "Don't you remember that search notice we just read?"

"You mean...?" Blanche's eyes widened.

"That's right, the person in that picture isn't me. It's Molly." She had a hinted peep at Molly's stomach. It seemed that dollars were flashing golden light to her. The light in her eyes flickered, "The child is the man's--the Prince."

Eventually, Molly decided to have this baby. Nine months later, with two loud and clear sounds of a baby crying, two little lives came together to this world.

"Two babies?" Reese was waiting outside the operating room. After seeing the doctor holding two babies, she was a little surprised, "Doctor, what about my sister?"

"The mother and babies are safe." The doctor took off the mask and smiled at her, "But the first child was not in the right position and got stuck, causing the mother to faints during the delivery. I didn't expect that two children could still be born safely like this. It's simply a miracle!"

Then, Blanche was not happy and secretly cursed in her heart, "Why is she still alive!" Reese pulled her mother and walked sideways, whispering, "Molly hates us so much. If she becomes a princess, will she treat us well?"

"She dares! Somehow I'm her mother." Blanche's eyes instantly perked up, but she had little confidence. Blanche only dared to spill her guts with ordinary people, but she immediately became a coward when influential people.

"I have an idea." Reese squinted her eyes, saying in a tempting tone. "It will be better if the princess is me instead of Molly. The doctor said that Molly fainted halfway, so she does not know that she has two children. We can take one. She won't be aware of this. I resemble Molly. As long as I do some plastic surgery, there won't be many differences between her and me. Now with this child, no one will know our secret."

"You mean...?" Blanche's eyes lit up slowly.

They immediately took action. While Molly was still unconscious, they took out all the savings and used one-third of that money to bribe the doctor who delivered the baby.

Before Molly woke up, Reese got on a plane to C Country with the child.
