The real beginning

After listening to his brother and knowing what happened, Ayden had mixed feelings anger despair fear and so many more he was overwhelmed by all of that but he decided that he can at least help the people with no home or no food to live. He thought it was the least thing he could do in those circumstances. So he went to the streets and started helping whomever he could whether it's food, shelter water or even emotional support. One day while he was in the streets some soldiers entered and started putting posters everyone got crowded to check the announcement. Ayden could barely get through the crowd and see the announcement that said "Ladies and Gentlemen from Callidora or any other country we would like to announce the new military academy opening in Callidora. Whoever enroll and pass will get to be part of the palace guards and many other elegant positions. The tests will run starting from tomorrow till the end of the week. ". Ayden smiled while reading the announcement and his eyes kept getting wider and wider he couldn't hide his enthusiasm he was like a mother who got to see her son after being separated for years. He headed home early to talk to his father and ask for his permission. While having dinner Ayden put his spoon down and said" Father, I'd like to ask for your permission for something ". His father stopped eating and replied anxiously" Permission for what? I'm listening ". Ayden then said with enthusiasm" Well have u heard about the military academy requirement? ". The father replied with astonishment" Yes what about it? ". Then Ayden said " Well if u and mother won't mind can I apply for the academy? ". His father smiled with relief" of course u can if ur mother isn't against it". Ayden's mother seemed sad but yet she said "Well to be honest there's no mother would like to be apart from her beloved son but if this will make u happy then go for it I won't be the brick in the way of ur dreams". Ayden replied "Mom, Dad thanks so much for trusting me this means the world to me". Then the mother followed "but, if u missed one visit in ur day off I'll go and get u out of the academy myself ok?". Ayden replied while laughing "How dare I not come in my day off?Mom u are my everything just seeing ur face makes my day better". Then the father replied jokingly "I'm starting to get jealous here!". Then everyone laughed and continued having dinner. The next day Ayden woke up early and put on a nice suit to head to the exam. Ayden wasn't only super smart he also had a great body, so he passed all the tests easily and headed home to back his bags to get ready to leave. His family made him a party to celebrate his success and to goodbye him. The day has come he is now at the gate of the academy he was super excited yet scared not knowing what he will meet when he gets in.
