Chapter 4: I Hate You

[At the palace]

The kings secretary sent you a car to escort you the palace along with some bodyguards. As soon you reached the palace your mind was blown away. Wow. The only word you could utter. The palace was so big and beautiful. You thought the palace will be of old style but you were wrong. It's 21st century and the palace was modernised. You got out of the car only to meet by so many guards bowing to you. Suddenly you felt awkward.

Welcome to the Daegu grand palace the royal fiancée

The kings right hand spoke. You gave

him an awkward smile.

Please take the royal fiancée to her

majesty.

He said to a lady beside you who wore a maid dress. She bowed to you and said

Please follow me.

You followed her. 3 more maids escorted you along with the first maid. You followed them and you awed at the interior. It's big and fancy. You only saw these in story books and movies. You never once expected in your life that you will be able to walk in palace. You stepped the staircases and followed them to a room.

They opened the door and you saw the queen sitting on a couch.

You bowed to her and she looked up to you and smiled at you and signalled you to take a seat

The servants bought you some Tea. You politely refused because you don't drink tea So they bought to a variety of juices asking you to chose whatever flavour you want. So you chose a mango juice and took a sip of it.

You do know why you are here right, the royal fiancée

The queen spoke

Yes your majesty

She clapped her hands and then suddenly the group of maids entered and took you to the other room where there were so many wedding dresses. It's like they bought the whole boutique to home.

The maid took one dress and helped you trying it and then you showed to the queen. She rejected. You were bought back to the same room and again tried other dresses. You tried almost all of the dresses and at last the queen selected a dress making you relieved. Because you have got tired of trying so many dresses at once. And the all dress were so beautiful and they fit perfectly to you. Finally after the meeting with the queen you wanted to meet the kings mother. So you were escorted to her. She was sitting in the balcony while she was surrounded by other maids.

You went to her bowed greeting her while she gave you a warm smile asking you to sit. She was talking with you when suddenly a maid informed her that the prince wants to see his grandma.

Tell him that I'm busy with his fiancée so I will talk to him afterwards.

This is the chance you thought.

Your highness.

You called and she looked at you.

1 Uhmm I - can I t-talk to the prince please.

You looked at her with your puppy eyes. She smiled and nodded her head.

You were taken to where the prince was. He was informed that you want to meet him so you both were left alone in the room. It was not his room. It was just a simple room with table and a chair and some books in the room with a big couch.

You entered the room and his back was facing you. You looked at his back and your heart started thumping fast. Wth you thought.

What brings you here?

He asked and you were taken aback with his deep voice. It was so thick and deep and manly. And he turned back with his hands in his pants pocket and he looked at you. Your mouth slightly opened on how handsome he was. A total prince. Wow. You could see the lights shining so bright around him because he was so handsome ( it's just your imagination😂)

I'm lee y/n your highness. Nice to meet you.

You bowed out of respect. But he looked

unbothered

You wanted to ask him is he happy with the marriage and all but you couldn't utter a word because he was so handsome. He slowly took his steps towards you and now standing infront of you making your mind go crazy. The prince of daegu is now standing so close to you and talking to you. Is this a dream? You thought. Your mind was saying speak speak speak but your mouth was sealed. It's not opening at all.

I hate you.

Suddenly taehyung uttered making your eyes wide in shock.

W-what?

You are just a gold digger. I hate you.

Then why are you marrying me?

Does it look like I have any choice?

He chuckled bitterly and leaned in to your ear. You can smell his scent and it was so powerful. He looked so intimidating and dominating. You can feel his breath on your neck making your body shiver.

Welcome to the hell princess.

He said with his deep raspy voice making your legs week. He backed off and smirked at you and left the room leaving you baffled
