Chapter 2: The marriage decision

[Old lady's POV]

I was in the car when I felt thirsty but there were no water in the car. So I asked my bodyguard to bring the water. So he stopped the car and went to buy the water bottle. Actually there were more bodyguards to accompany me whenever I go out. And everytime I felt suffocated. this is my life.

But this time I ordered them not to come

because I'm just visiting my best friend so I don't need many people around me. So here we are only me and the driver along with one bodyguard, I looked out of the window in boredom then I saw a little boy crying. Looks like he lost. I opened the car door and crossed the door to reach him but before me a teenage girl went to him and talked to him. I watched their every moment until the boy found his mother. The girl was very kind. Then when I was about to cross the road a ruthless person dashed me and didn't even care to apologise. Then this girl came and helped me out. She also helped me to my car. She is a very sweet girl.

[Time skip]

[At the kings palace]

The king, the queen and the kings mother gathered in a court room to discuss an important matter.

It's time to get prince married.

The king's mother said sipping her cup of tea.

We must prepare the wedding ceremony according to our traditions and customs.

She continued while the king and the queen nodded their heads.

According to our tradition the prince will be married to a normal and simple girl.

The king's mother said.

But where will we find one ?

The king spoke

The old lady handed the cup in her hand to the servant. She straightened her back and spoke

I have a girl in my mind. Find more about her and I want her details with me by tomorrow.

She said making the kind nod his head.

Call the prince immediately.

The king ordered his men. They bowed to him and left.

The next day;

The king, the queen and the kings mother sat in the court room waiting for the prince to arrive.

[Outside the palace]

A car arrived and a young looking prince wearing an elegant suit came out from the car while a lot of men welcomed him and bowed to him.

Welcome to the palace Prince Taehyung.

The king's right hand welcomed him and bowed to him while the prince gave him a approval look. He accompanied the prince to the court room.

Prince taehyung you are here.

The old lady spoke while taehyung

Bowed to her politely

Come on sit here.

His mom the queen spoke. The prince came and sat across them with his back straight.

How was Europe.

The king asked

It was good

The prince spoke

So it's time for you to get married. You will be 21 in a week and you need to

get married once you become 21 yrs

old.

The king spoke while the prince just nodded his head..

We have already a decided a girl for you. What are your thoughts on it ?

The queen spoke.

Well you guys already decided right.

The prince said.

No matter what we must follow our kingdoms rule. And from now you will continue your studies here and I hope

you will act like a proper heir that you should be.

The king spoke with a stern voice. The prince got up from his seat and bowed 90'.

I will take my leave now.
