The end of a tale (Chapter 5, end)

"I'm gonna go to school!" Taro said while waving her hand

"Okay, be careful. I'll always wait for you, love" Francis said a smile

It's February 3, 2022 and the two of them loved eachother for almost a year without meeting

Wasn't able to hold one another's hand, only seeing their lover's beautiful eyes through screen, it might be hard but they remained strong and loyal

It's February 14, 12 days before their anniversarry. Each day one of them tell their exciting story, and the other one listens whole heartedly

"This guy is staring at me and when I-"

"Staring at you?" Francis cuts her off

"Yeah" Taro innocently answers while tying her hair to a ponytail

"I would kill that guy, who is it?" Francis seriously questions him again, also with his eyebrows meeting

"Why..?"

"Well, you're mine! No one takes my love, you're only mine"

It's February 18, 8 days before their anniversarry. The two of them might have phones to talk, but still send hand-written letters to eachother.

"N-no, it's a misunderstanding!!" Francis shouted while Taro is crying

"I-I told you there's nothing going on with me and Mika, she treats me as a brother and I treat her as a good friend--"

"B-besides, she's lesbian. She doesn't told you that?" Francis explains

"She did say that but she also said the two of you fucked" Taro said and continued to sob

"No!! We never never, that's so gross. Why would she tell you that if she sees me as a brother, that's disgusting!! Also she have a girlfriend, Valerie!" Francis explains once again to stop Taro from crying

"Valerie..? I-isn't she your ex.." Taro asks that made Francis smile, "Yes but it doesn't matter, my friend is happy with her, so why would I stop them?", he says

Taro wipes her tears and pouts, "so you only love me?"

"Yes, I will forever love you"

February 21, 5 days before their anniversarry. When feeling sad, they always have eachother to lean on. They never get tired of eachothers I love yous, they never get tired of one another's voices.

"I'll go to a booksigning event of my favorite author!!" Taro said with obvious excitement

"Okay, I'll just listen to songs here" Francis said with a smile

They both greeted eachother with goodbyes, respecting eachother's personal time and hobbies.

It's February 26, 2022. The day when Francis goes to London for their anniversarry. While walking on the streets, Francis also reminisce about their past

"Happy 1st anniversarry, love" Francis said with such a cold smile, standing in front of his love's grave, looking at her name written on the gravestone

February 21, the day when Taro got hit by a car while on the way to the event. The day when Taro remember her lover's smile, his sweet scent and lovely laugh before breathing her last breath.

The day they get to meet is the day Taro's sleeping peacefull on a wild field. Francis offers roses and blue hydrangea flowers that represents her eyes

"As promised, you'll be the one I will always love. You'll always be alive in my heart and mind, you cherish me like I was a gem when you're prettier than any kinds. I'm yours and you're mine, My Taro" Francis whispers in the wind with an dishonest smile and tears falling

Francis would never feel the warmth again or even hold the girl's hand but no girl would replace Taro in his heart.

A tale about two people loving eachother has come to an end. Taro loving Francis even he's far away, Francis loving Taro even is she's in a place he couldn't reach.
