Night of a crystal sea (chapter 4)

It turns night and Francis let Taro sleep in their house. When they come in the livingroom, they suddenly saw Jonas and Mika

"W-wha--who is she?" Mika asks while his mother came with baked cookies

"Hello, Taro. Nice to meet you! Have some of these, I baked these" Francis's mom said and gives out the cookies

"Thank you.."

"Wait Taro?! From the dating app?!!" Mika shouted and covers her mouth, "she's so pretty like a fallen angel!" Mika added

"Why fallen angel? What do you think Taro is, Lucifer?" Jonas coldly said with a smirk

"T-That's not what I meant!!" Mika shouted with such a red cheeks

"Your family is really nice, especially Mika. Does nothing but compliments me" says Taro and giggles

"My mom is my only family there, Jonas is my childhood friend while I met Mika when I'm in middle school" Francis explains using hand gestures

"Do you want to do something?" Francis asks, Taro taps the bed signaling Francis to sit beside her

Taro gave Francis his guitar, asking for him to sing her a song

"Sing??" Francis asks and Taro just nods as an answer

Francis prepared his voice and strums the guitar

"I don't live in California, I'll inform you, that's not where I reside. I'm just a tenant payin' rent inside this body and I... Got two windows and those windows, well, I call them my eyes. I'm just goin' where the wind blows, I don't get to decide sometimes I think too much yeah, I get so caught up"

"I'm always stuck in my head I wish I could escape I tried to yesterday took all the sheets off my bed then I tied up my linen with five strips of ribbon I found scaled the side of the buildin' I ran to the hills 'til they found me nd they put me back in my cell all by myself alone with my thoughts again guess my mind is a prison and I'm never gonna get out"

Francis sings the rest of the song with Taro looks at her with an overflowing admiration. At that moment Taro feels nothing but jubilant and warmth

One singer and only one audience eyes glued to the singer's green eyes. She looks at the Francis's eyes that made her heart skip a beat, she still remembers the softness and warm his hand was

After Francis finished the song he place the guitar on the side of his bed, Taro immediately lays down and pulled Francis hand that made him lay down besides her

"W-wha--?" Francis's cheeks is red as tomatoes with Taro's hand gripping Francis's shirt

"I want to just lay in bed with you" Taro whispers and leans her head on Francis' chest

"Did something happened?" Francis asks while hesitating if he puts his hand on the girl's shoulder or not

"Nothing.. I just feel so safe with you, I feel so happy and I feel at ease but when I see you smile or do anything normal, it still made my heart beats fast.."

Francis is surprised about what he was hearing and puts his hand on the girl's head, making her lean on his chest more

Taro gasps and tries so hard to hide his red cheeks, also wondering if the boy can hear her fast heart beat

"..I know it's not even a week since we talked.. but I want to know what I'm feeling right now. Is it happiness as friends? Or happiness because I fell inlove with you??" Taro finishes and holds Francis's shirt even tighter, waiting for the boy's response

"I don't know about yours but.. I know I am inlove with you. You made me feel the feelings I never felt from any other girls, you made me feel I'm love and happy.."

"Who cares about the days we talk? We're safe in eachother, I sees you as my home, your giggles calms me down, I see you as the girl I'll forever love.." Francis added and took a huge breath

"I love you, Taro" Francis said that made Taro flinch, Francis removes his hand that's on her head and held Taro's hand instead

Feeling her soft fingers, feeling his own heart beat, he is sure that he loves the girl, he sure he is love

"I want to call you mine, I want us to be together, I'll treat you like you're my world, I'll make you happy as much as I could. Just let me call you mine, Taro" Francis added

Taro looks up with the moon hitting her blue eyes, makes her eyes more bright and looks like a crystal sea. Taro nodded as an answer and leans her head to his chest once again

"I love you, my Taro" Francis replies and kissed the girl's forehead, the kiss that means respect in the girl's mind

After the confession, it is the day that Taro is about to leave

"Will you be in Tokyo?" Francis asks, Taro chuckles while packing her things

"I'm going back to London" Taro answers that made Francis look sad

"Hey.." Taro called him and hold the boy's head, making the boy's head lean on the girl's chest

"I'm yours, you don't need to worry about other boys. You have to trust me because you're the only one I love even if we're far away from eachother" Taro said and quickly kissed Francis' lips

And now on February 27, 2021 the two of them separated yet their love for eachother remained

The days after that are days Francis wants to spent with Taro, days when he can hold her hands, kiss her lips. The days that Francis wants Taro to be with him and feel her warmth
