As usual my men were reporting me about Bella’s whereabouts. Dad had handed me our underworld empire and I was crowned as the King in United States of America.

All of my family members and distant relatives were aware of our involvement and in being an American Mafia Gang except my younger sister Bella.

Bella was kept away from the darkness of this world. She was never exposed to the devils, dust and heat of this world, I made sure of it.

Since young, I was trained to take care of my little sister and my parents. My family’s influence in the underworld is completely kept hidden from my sister. We operate it in the cover of Business. Being from the most influential and richest family in here, nobody dares to get close to Bella and reveal our occupation to her.

I was reported that Bella’s school was left early and she was heading home walking instead of coming in our car.

I continued working on some files because I have an profitable meeting soon. I was into my work to complete it sooner because tonight the Salvatores would be home for dinner.

Mom and dad are super excited to meet their friends after a long time. The preparations were grand and many Italian dishes with good amount and varieties of cheeses were made.

Suddenly, I heard my phone ringing. It showed my best friend Marcello’s name. Marcello Salvatore, is my best friend. During our teens, both of us were trained together in Rome and that’s where I met him.

He is as old as me but has more darkness in his personality. He is ruthless and shows no mercy. Nothing matters to him other than his family. Infact, he was coming to dinner tonight.

I picked my phone up only to hear Marcello roaring, “Alex, Orlando had come to Los Angeles alone because, me and our parents were delayed by an unexpected deal and he was adamant in traveling alone.” He paused.

“But, unfortunately he was attacked by them and left the spot. Mahn! You gotta help me to find him.” He continued in his Italian accent.

“I’ll look into it immediately bruh!” I said as I cut the call. I ordered my group of men to trace the tracks of that little troublemaker.

Meanwhile, I heard the maids gossiping about our butler asking them to bring clothes for a young boy.

“Mr.Smith, for whom are you requesting the clothes for?” I asked our butler as I was descending down the stairs.

“Young master, young lady had brought a child and a dog on her way back home and had asked me to get suitable clothes for him.” He replied. Hearing this, I rushed upstairs to Bella’s room.

“Princess!” I called for her when I reached her room kissing her head. That’s when I noticed that she was drying a dog.

Before I could look into it, I saw Orlando on her bed sleeping peacefully. I pulled him into a hug and woke him up from his slumber.

Meanwhile, the dog…Amzi came and licked my arms. After he woke up, he told me about what he experienced and had the lunch which my sister had brought. I also made him call Marcello too.

Marcello’s rage calmed hearing that his younger brother was safe. I also told Orlando not to reveal anything about the underworld to my innocent sister and he immediately obeyed.

I then took him to rest in the guest room leaving Amzi with my sister who, had already fallen asleep out of tiredness. Also, we have a dinner ceremony tonight.
