Chapter 4: The First Dream.

2 years passed and I kept telling myself that all wounds will be healed as time went by but never realized that I’ve been lying to myself for the whole time. My heart was already broken and there was still a hole which cannot be filled by love alone. I tried my best every single day, trying to live my life. Thought there were some days that every single thing reminds me of her and that was the worst part in my life. Life getting harder days by days and I barely survive in this cursed world. Most of the time I always sleep not because I’m sleepy but because it’s the only way I can escape from my cruel reality until one day something unexpectedly happened. I finally met her again but for the first time it’s inside my dream. I have so many questions that I wanted to ask her, however the moment I saw her smiling face, my mind went blank and I forgot everything. The only thing that I knew was that I’m glad to see her again and wanted to spend more time with her even its just in my dream. It’s felt like she has casted a spell on me or something because in this lonely life, I have never felt as excited as this before. I was kind of hesitated at first but after thinking for a while I realized what I must do for now. I wanted to leave everything behind and spend my day with her without thinking about anything. We went to many places together. We went to eat something. we ate our favorite foods, drank our favorite drinks. we went to many book stores and bought many interesting story books. She smiled a lot and they were the best smile that I’ve never seen before and I didn’t want those smiles to disappear again, at least not when I’m still alive. We continued our journey and went to the souvenir shop. There were many cute and mystery stuffs and I wanted to buy them all. There were keychains. rings, necklace, bracelet, cute toys and more. If possible, I wanted to buy them all and keep it in order to display in my room even though it’s a little bit small. However, there’s one thing that attracted my attention the most. It was an old fashion clock. It had a round shaped and weight around 20 grams. It was a little bit dusty but it was covered with gold and small enough to carry around. The special thing about this clock was that the time doesn’t move forward like another normal clock. In contrast, it moved backward as if it’s trying to stop time or something. because of that special reason, it makes me wanted to buy it even more. I grabbed it and took a good look at it for a while. right when I was about to bring that clock to the cashier, she came out of nowhere and told me not to buy it because she thinks that buying clock as a souvenir will bring bad luck. However, I feel like she’s kind of acting strange and not being honest with me. Was there another reason behind that? or it’s just only me who overthinking about that. We left the souvenir shop and planned to continue our journey, but suddenly something strange happened. She told me that she’s running out of time and have to go back to her place right away. I didn’t know what kind of place she’s talking about, but I all know was that place was obviously not a pleasure place. I tried not to stop her even thought I knew it’s pointless. She cried and slowly disappeared like a thin air, but before she did, she left me with one creepy yet very miserable sentence “Please, don’t look for me anymore”

I suddenly woke up from my dream, my body was sweating as If I just took a shower. Both of my hands were shaking and me were filled my tears. I couldn’t understand what she meant by that sentence. Was it another secret that she wanted me to solve again? Despite all of those things, what shocked me the most was not the sentence that she left me, but It’s what I found in my left hand when I woke up. How could this possible and what was the meaning of that thing ?
