Chapter 4 - The Bunny Trap

"The woman walked past him and he was shocked…

Her hair

Her voice

Her scent

"I am sorry, my kids were too comfortable talking to you" she bowed her head and looked up after."

Rose got frozen when she saw the man who's talking to her twins…

"Lord Andrean! 😳 (displayed a shocking reaction) I--i am sorry if my kids were troubling you (took a deep breath) We no longer have any business here we will take our leave" She held hands with Drei and Rosé…

They walked past him but Andrean was too quick to speak up again.

"They are my kids!" 😤😡

Andrean's face became furious…

Rose denied and explained that he is not the father of the twins.

"I am not asking whether they are mine or others! I am telling you and letting them know that I AM THEIR FATHER!" Andrean yelled and it affected the crowd.

The body guards from Xin and Ying fixed the crowd and the two adults continued to talk…

"Andrean! You have to stay calm! They are not yours. It happens to us for just a night! It can't be --"

She was unable to continue. Drei and Rosé were just holding their mom's hand and unfortunately they are seeing them both argue.

"I am sure! I am sure because I am capable of planting lives to my partner. I am sure because that night I gave you my full honestly and I promised myself that we will finally start our own lives!!! I AM SURE because the reason why you have them is because of me!!!" Andrean was too emotional.

He spent the last 4 yrs looking for her and what makes it worse is he successfully planted his male gametes to her.

"I am not really sure what happened between you and my mom but if you are telling me you had an intercourse for just one night there will be around 25 to 35% percent that it could be you." Drei mentioned.

Rose can't stop her kids, they are smart and different from the others. They think logically and reasonably.

"But if you are really my dad there could be a way for us to identify it." Drei and Rosé walked closer to Andrean. They were facing him and the only thing Rose could see was their back and of course Andrean's face because he was still standing facing her.

Rosé asked him to level his head to them and start asking.

"Don't look at my mom, just focus on us. In one word, how can you prove that you are my dad?" Drei asked while holding his sister's hand.

They were about 2 or 3 meter away from Rose. She can't hear anything and she was just standing there trying to read Andrean's lips.

Andrean moves his head closer to the kids and whispers

Vampire…

Rosé's eyes were happy and Drei just smirked.

"You see Mommy and I need to patch things up. I'd been looking" He added.

"Do you love her?" Rosé asked.

Drei was waiting for his answer too. He held their hands and said…

"You guys will eventually understand. The reason why you two are here is because I love your mom." 😌

They ended their talk and walked towards Rose.

Looking at it, Rose's heart was melted -- she can see how Rosé looks really happy talking to Andrean and how his little tough cookie, Drei walks while holding Andrean's hand.

"Mom! We are the same like dad (Rose's face turned red) Rosé and I will go to the vip room first and you two should fix this mess" Drei grabbed Andrean's hand giving him a gesture to bend over. Drei and Rosé hugged him and said "See you later daddy".

Regardless how hard Rose will try to hide the truth, the fact that the twins are both vampires she can no longer deny everything.

"I will no longer beat around the bush --" Andrean started talking.

Rose was preparing herself for this day. She was thinking that Andrean will ask for him to get the twins and she will be asked to surrender their custody…

"Let's start our family again" he said.

Rose was caught off guard, she was clearly clueless about Andrean's feelings and plans. 

"What do you mean?" She asked…

When Andrean was about to tell her his plans the guards from Xin's approached them and told them that the kids ran away.

Andrean asked his guards to look around and called more backups to look for them.

"This is crazy! How come a little tough cookie and a bunny ran after your security?" Andrean is starting to become furious. He was really confused that despite two security teams they managed to run away.

He was about to express his anger when he was moved by what Rose said.

"They are not just ordinary kids. Our kids are way tougher and smart!" She gave orders and asked the rest to go to places.

She asked Andrean to wait for a moment and go with him to her place because that's the only place the kids may return.

"I am sorry for making you look for us for the past few years. We will have time for you to know the reason and all -- for now.. 😔 For now let's put our kids first." Her voice was trembling.

All this time she'd been pushing herself to think straight.

Where could they possibly be?

Did they run away or someone took them?

After all, she's a mother. Knowing that your kids were missing could really break you down in pieces.
