Chapter 3 : Jade

Inside the Pheonix Mountain, Li Yan still hiding inside his cave,avoing a pack of white wolf. " It's already been a week, but that group of beast still lingering outside this cave. Are they not bored or not have something to do" thought Li Yan. While he is can still avoiding the group of beast in this cave, he know that sooner or later he must get out of here because the food that he carried along with him only had little for him to survive. "the food almost finished. I think it will give me two more days to eat and after that, no more food" thought Li Yan. "This cave must have some hole or place that can be use to escape from this place. let search it rather than dying here".

After a few hours searching for clues to escape from cave but nothing to gain because of the darkness when Li Yan goes deeper into the cave, Li Yan sit down helplessly. "Nothing i can see with this darkness" say Li Yan while rummaging his cloth bag. Then, he pick up the piece of wood that he found last time and want to start a fire with it. So, Li Yan smash the wood to pieces. To his surprise, there is thing that create small light inside the wood. "This thing look fimiliar. Yeah, this is a piece of jade. This jade is crafted is well crafted. Must be belong to someone with high status". Jade, as well as other precious stone is commonly used to identify a person where is he or she belong. A piece of jade signifies that the owner of the jade is belong to a high status family, Sect or powerful organization. Li Yan know this because people in Moon City know that their mayor's, Ji Zey also have a piece of Jade that has been crafted with Baek Valley Sect, a second rate Sect in this country. The possession of the jade signifies that Ji Zey is a member of Baek Valley Sect. "But this jade look different from what the Mayor's own. Just touching and looking at it give me a peaceful and powerful aura. The previous owner must be some powerful person in his life (Li Yan thought that the previous owner is already dead)"."Let pour some Qi into this thing. Maybe it can light brighter so i can search for other exit more easily". To his surprise, after pouring his Qi into the jade, the jade shine brightly than he expected and cause him to faint.

"Urgh..where am i.. am i still inside the cave or already dead?". Li Yan look at the surrounding and nothing can he see. Li Yan surrounding just white and nothingness. "What unlucky am I. After that white wolf, now I am trapped in some unknown place." After walking for a while, Li Yan saw a figure in front of him. "Hey!.. excuse me. Do you know where am I?" The figures talk" What is your name young boy?". Li Yan talk back "Who are you? Why asking question back. Just answer me first and i will answer your question back". The figures laugh at Li Yan after he saying that. This make Li Yan angry. "This is my place. My domain. My world" says the figures. Li Yan now in confusion after hearing the figures answer. Li Yan can help but felt annoyed with the answer. "Now answer me, what your name young boy?". "Why are you want my name. You give answer that i don't understand" said Li Yan. The figure only smile at Li Yan. "You a just young boy in first level Qi Refining. How dare you talk back to your elder" the figures talk a little bit louder to Li Yan. The sound from the figure also came with powerful aura. Li Yan, thrown a few feet because of the powerful auro from the figure sound. Li Yan felt fimiliar aura. "Your energy aura is same with that jade. You are the owner of this jade. That means i am inside your jade" Li Yan said to the figure The figure just give a small smile when Li Yan finally realised where he was.
