My little hero

Lisa's life was going so smooth for few years.

Lisa being a busy single mom,striving for her dear baby son Kookie,Kookie was so hyper and happy kid,always cheering Lisa whenever she comes home from work.

Mina of course was like a loving aunt to Kookie and was always like a very supportive sister to Lisa.

Roseline worked for them for long and had no plans in quitting her job as Kookie's nanny.

Sometimes at weekends, Roseline brought her grandson to play with Kookie.

They were always happy like one big family but one painful tragedy came along their lives.

While Lisa was busy in the petshop,Mina dropped by to say she is leaving for a meeting with a client.

"Please take care of Kookie and I love the two of you"Mina smiled then left.

Lisa was a little shocked with Mina's words.

Mina was always good to her and treated her like a real sister since they met and when she gave birth to Kookie,Mina also loved Kookie like her own son.She even pampered him more than Lisa did.

Few hours later, after Mina left,Lisa was fixing her things up to close the petshop when a police call shocked her

The cop from other line informed that Mina is in the hospital and was involved in a car accident.

Lisa went hurriedly to the hospital mentioned by the police. She called Roseline that she would come home late.

When she arrived at the hospital,the personnel directed her to a morgue.

Lisa was already trembling even before she reached Mina's body,she cried outloud upon openning a white blanket that covered Mina's body.

After like an hour of crying Lisa got tired then finally a personnel informed her that Mina's ex husband has arrived to arrange her funeral and burial.

Lisa protested but the man told her he has more rights than her.

"How shameless of you,you only come to claim her body when you left her for another woman!"Lisa shouted but the man just smirked and ignored her rants,whatever she said it's still him who has more rights on Mina than her.

Lisa just dropped on a bench in surrender.She can't do anything about it.

The next days,Lisa and Kookie was just allowed to visit Mina's burial ceremony.She knows Mina's husband just came back to claim her body bc of her money and properties she left. Lisa can't do anything about it.

Even if Mina's husband was the one who burried Mina.Mina's lawyer called for Lisa's presence during her will's of testaments.

Lisa was shocked to know that Mina gave all her properties and money to her and Kookie.

Lisa remembered Mina is divorced so she looked teasingly at Mina's ex husband.Why didn't she fight for Mina during her funeral.

Mina's ex husband was so mad obviously.

After the announcement of Mina's will of testament ,they dispersed and went home.

The night of it,Lisa received a call from Mina's ex husband and he threathened her that if she didn't give him all Mina's properties he will kill her son.

"Give me back all the properties of my wife!" He said

"Your ex wife so you don't have any rights at all"Lisa reminded him

Lisa also threathened him that she will inform the police about his threats, but the man just laughed at her

"Okay,you can always tell the police about it but I will make sure that I will get back at you even before you ever know it" the man threathened her

Lisa liked the petshop so it was the only thing she can't let go so she said she can give him all Mina's properties, but she requested if she can keep the petshop, which the man luckily agreed.

Lisa just sighed in relief,she can't risk Kookie's safety for a money or property she didn't worked for.So the man had all Mina's property and money.

Lisa felt sad because Mina's property went to her ex husband that did not only throw her away but who was never beside her when she was alive.

Lisa thought she and Kookie must go on with their lives without Mina.

She cried again because the one person that she started to love like a real sister is gone now and also she got worried that Kookie will surely look for her Aunt Mina.

She realized Kookie was her hero after all,because if she didn't get pregnant and Mina left her, what would've happened to her?she would've been left all alone.

For sure she will not be able to survive the pain she's going through right now if not because of Kookie.She has a remaining source of strength and a reason to go on with her life.

She decided to pour everything on Kookie and work harder for his future.

Just when she was starting to move on from the loss of Mina,another storm has arrived again.

Will she be able to do it when the one involved is her dearest son Kookie?
