fresh up: 7am to 8am

eating: 8am to 8:10am

Muscle workout: 9am to 12pm

eating: 12:30pm to 12:40

sword training and muscle workout: 1pm to 8pm

eating: 8pm to 8:10pm

fresh up: 8:10pm to 9pm

sleeping: 9pm to 5am

after 3 months

Levi: yeah, I got six packs *rushes to Dante*
