ch-1 [The interesting book]

It was summer break Abigail went to the library as

usual. She was bored of the books she was reading, why are there no interesting

books to read she said to herself while looking through different shelves.

Later after looking through them she saw an interesting book its name was ‘The

Boy in the Castle’ It looked interesting so she sat down and started reading

time past. The librarian tapped her on the shoulder and said that the library

was closing soon. She was startled and noticed that it was already evening. She

asked the librarian that if she could borrow the book for a while and the

librarian said she could. So she took the book home and read it before she went

to sleep. Time passed and summer break was finally over, she always read the

book she bought home in her free time.

10/4/2011, Monday

Yesterday night Abigail was excited for her new class

and meeting new classmates because of that she couldn’t sleep a wink last night

so, she stayed up reading the book all night. In the morning she was really

sleepy but she made it through all her classes. At lunch break two girls came

up to her seat, one of them had brown and blackish hair, her eyes were as red

as a ruby, she wore a big blue jacket on top of her uniform with long sleeves

covering her hand with, her uniform was white and she wore a green tie and a

long green skirt. The other girl had blonde hair with blue eyes that looked like

a diamond, she had her jacket tied to her uniform, her sleeves were short and

she wore the same long skirt as the other girl. The blonde girl introduced them

she said her name was Julia and the other girls name was Suzan. They said that

they wanted to get to know. It was awkward at first but the more we spend time

together the more I got to know them better.

20/4/2011, Thursday

It has been quite some time in my new class; I do

not feel awkward anymore with Julia and Suzan. Everything was going well until

our 3th period, a boy in our class started bullying a student I could not

believe everyone they were just staring. They didn't even help the poor

student; I was really angry so I went to their direction and helped that

student. The teacher was still not here so, I tried to do everything to stop

him from hurting the student until the teacher comes. But I was struggling in

holding the boy back, and then Julia and Suzan came out of nowhere and started

threatening the boy. The teacher came in at that moment and asked what was

going on no one spoke, but me, Julia and Suzan tried to explain what had

happened and even the student said it was true; in the end the boy got detention

and we got 2 marks deducted for being loud while other classes were trying to do

their classes.
