The hideout

As we were discussing about our next move one came to my mind "where are they hiding?" we hid the bodies and hid behind some boxes to watch on anyone who crosses our path, there weren't many people around, a couple of suspicious men was in our sights, neele said "these two idiots won't know where they are getting into." then luke said "they will if you don't shut your mouth" then Vanessa said "we won't fail any missions if you two stopped arguing!" the two suspicious men heard her and walked towards our direction, the two trainees panicked a bit trying to keep their cool from going too far. Luke said to Vanessa "if you weren't so noisy they wouldn't have found!" then Vanessa slapped him and said "if you two weren't arguing i wouldn't have been so noisy!" in the meantime luke accidentally kissed neele, one of Vanessa's trainees named Rose tried to help them but ended up tripping on me and pinning me on the ground. One of the suspicious men said "who's there!!!"

Vanessa and her other trainee hid behind a Bush farther away, the suspicious men looked and saw luke and neele kissing and rose pinning me on the ground, the suspicious man immediately turned around while the other suspicious man said "continue what you were doing everyone, we won't disturb you any longer." and turned around, the moment they started to leave rose stood up away from me and luke and neele held them from behind and neele said "there shall be no witnesses" and luke just nodded his head then neele twisted his head while luke stabbed the man to death and before he died luke probably did around 40 stabs. After searching the bodies we found some kind of charm which represents the moon and the dead, i just put it in my pocket we also found a map and a couple of silver, each given to the trainees. Then we looked and analysed the map and it seems it leads to their hideout, but they plan to leave and make a new hideout next week.

Despite the fact it was our job to exterminate the bandits, it seems their hideout is very well defended, some of them were even fallen mercenaries and deserters which were too much for us to handle so we went to the city lord to discuss our findings, the city lord was surprised on what we found and asked us to hand over the map and gave us the money which was promised to them. Then luke nodded and took the money and left, and we just followed him, then we went into an inn and ordered 6 rooms, and we also ordered food, i didn't eat though as i already ate. Before everyone could touch their food luke said "we will invade the bandit hideout tomorrow" everyone stopped and looked at luke, neele said "we already done our job, what more do you want to do!" and neele explained "isn't it suspicious? The bandits to have silver, the huge price on their heads, the forces, defenses? They are probably hiding good loot in there... More than what we get paid for."

I stood up and said "i don't care what your plan is guys, just know I'll follow you guys anywhere." i then left and went outside back to the slums, there were 11 people in hoods holding torches and carry knives in their belts. I saw a bunch of stacked crates nearby so i used them to get to a house roof and saw a couple bottles nearby, i smelled them and determined them to be alcohol, a bandit got close to the crates so i threw a of dagger at him which made him scream and everyone around came running so i tried to hide, the torch ended up setting him on fire and bandits tried to put out the fire out of him by throwing water at him, but it was already too late. Then i threw a bottle at them but it didn't get set on fire and they looked at me , so i threw a dagger at one of their hands and made them drop the torch which set them on fire, then i just poured alcohol on all of them and then they got burned to death, after they died i got a water bucket and washed away the heat, i did it 2 more times and came to retrieve my daggers and also got 6 silvers and 13 coppers from their bodies. After looting i left the scene and practiced my knife throwing at a tree, after half an hour i improved my throwing by a little bit and returned to the inn.

No one was there, and the shop was about to close so i went to my room and went to bed and didn't bother changing, i woke and i heard noises outside, it sounded like a battle so i hurriedly went outside when a note i spotted left on my desk. So before i left i red it "netsu, this is from luke, me, neele, and Vanessa went to the hideout earlier than planned, in case we do not come back, please take care of the trainees. -luke" i ran immediately outside and found the two trainees protecting civilians, the barkeeper is holding an axe for self defense and the door is barricaded, the windows we're hammered with planks, and i ran back to my room and looked outside. Guards and bandits were fighting, blade to blade, arrow to arrow, a guard below was about to be killed so i took a step back and jumped out the window and killed the bandit by stabbing him in the fall. Then i asked the guard "where did they come from!" then he replied "i don't know, they suddenly appeared in the everywhere after an explosion in the slum areas!" before i could ask anything more he was shot by an arrow from behind.

The archer was too far for my daggers to reach by normal means, so i threw the dagger as if it was just a rock at the archer and it hit him very clearly in the head with the point edge. The guard was still alive but an arrow was sticking in him so i pulled it out and he screamed, and said "rest here! You've done enough" before i could leave he held my hand and said "please help the city, we're at a disadvantage" then he gave me his sword and i said "don't worry, i will" but before i left i cut off a piece of cloth from the bandit's cloth and said "use this to stop the bleeding" and then i left, i saw a bandit fighting another guard and i ran to him and stabbed him in the back, and the guard dealt the finishing blow. I didn't have much time to talk so i left and ran again and killed unsuspecting bandits on the way to the bandit hideout. I want to save the three of them!
