How I Feel

Zi's pov

After I came out of the hospital, my parents started acting strange. They got me out of school and said that I had to go everywhere with sunglasses. I was happy at the fact that I didn't have to go to school.

I could stay home and just watch tv all day, but then all my dreams of chilling at home and watching tv all day shattered into a million pieces, when my parents made me do homeschooling instead, not only that they made me where sunglasses all through.

I got so mad at my parents cause they were keeping me in the house like a caged dog, that I had a massive breakdown and said things that I didn't mean to like," I guess this is why no one ever liked you, you guys are physcopaths. You keep your daughter caged up like a dog. If you want a dog go buy one, but don't you dare treat me like one." Oopsie I guess I said to much.

But to calm me down my mother just decided to add salt to the injury." Look Zihla if we did not do this you'd already be a lab rat, a science experiment, but if that is what you want then go ahead, live the house we won't stop you, but just know we love you and we did this for your own safety."

Ouch, mom do you want me to die of fear. Way to bring a girls self esteem down, but I mean I do sound kind of special, don't I. Anyways I love you too mom.

Later she told me everything the doctor, her and dad had talked about. She also mentioned moving. I mean I am up for an adventure. After the talk I became more obedient and after a while we moved.

I was kind of excited, though my sis was kind of pissed, but she accepted it later because she didn't want me to be a science experiment. After we moved I actually felt like I was home. I wasn't the only one with a special eye colour. There were also people with normal eye colours, but they were really nice.

I was enrolled in a new school. I was not so happy about that but I thought it would be cool to see kids just like me, but not to my suprise, there was no one like me. Told I was special!😉

Everyone else had different I colours like a unique shade of green, also purple and yellow and their were also people with a pink eye colour, there was actually someone with a silver eye colour and he was the only one, just like me.

When I was sitting eating lunch in the school cafeteria alone, because every table was categorised by eye colour. Way to make us feel more like outcasts. Anyways when I was having lunch, silver eyes saw me and came straight towards me. He asked politely," Is this sit taken." I answered him, " No."
