Chapter-5 First move to heart

Classroom Love triangle

Rosie and Bella entered their classroom. Everyone was gathering at the entrance door. When Bella and Rosie entered, they slowly gave them way. The room was decorated with balloons and ribbons. Soon they pointed Bella to the blackboard. On the blackboard was a proposal for a date. It was written as

“Dear Bella, I like you. I want to be your date and a boyfriend. Will you go on a date with me? You won’t be disappointed. I will protect you and love. Be ready with your answer. I am right behind you.

I like you”

And she turned around, the crowd went back and there was Ryder on his knee, stretching his roses to her. He gave a pretty smile and asked “will you be my date.”

Bella was uncomfortable. She stepped back. Rosie was giving signals to accept the proposal, but she was feeling uneasy. But to break the scene she spoke

“Ryder, I can’t be your date. I have feelings and heart for someone else.”

“I know that” Ryder stood up.

“Then_why_this_drama.”

“Life is a drama. And we are the actors. Just accept me_” he grabbed her waist “i will make you love me.” and leaned to kiss her. Bella tried to break free, but he was too strong.  But as he was about to kiss, a hand stood between their lips. It was Jacob. He grabbed Ryder by his face and pushed him back.

“Ooo men_this is my face.” he screamed to Jacob.

“I worn you Ryder, keep your dirty lips away from her.”

“Oh Jacob_well i can kiss her” he leaned to Jacob “because i am her boyfriend.”

“Who gave you this title?”

“Well\,_men_ just stay away from me and Bella” he whispered to him “i am her boyfriend. You need not to protect her.”

Jacob pushes him harder “you jerk_do you think you can earn a girl’s love with your pretty face?”

“Yes! Of course i do” he spoke arrogantly

“ then you have to face me.”

“Well Mr. Genius, you are” he pointed his finger and pushed Jacob “just her friend, don’t do the job of a boyfriend.”

Jacob pushed his one shoulder and spoke “a jerk like you will think that way..” he leaned to Ryder “for me my friends are my world, and i will protect them whether it is Bella or_Rosie.”

Ryder was about to answer Jacob, but the teacher entered. Everyone went to their seats. Bella, Rosie and Jacob sat on the third bench and Ryder to the fourth of the neck row.

Library romance

 Bella, Rosie and Jacob were studying in the library as usual. But today the topic is different. Rosie couldn’t help but ask Bella

“Why didn’t you kiss him” spoke Rosie

“What!”

“yes , he is handsome. Many girls fall for him. But above all he chose you and asked you for a date?”

“Really Rosie” said Jacob in a protesting way “can you kiss someone when you don’t like him?”

“Well__i will if he is handsome\, popular and _um_rich” said Rosie

“And_if he comes out be a jerk_um_ a pervnt_or a cheater.”

“What! Nooooooo.”

“Exactly! Rosie_it seems i imagined yourself.”

“What_you Jacob__are you making fun of me.” she hitted him hard.

“Well_i am sorry_it hard”

“GUYS_” she looked rudely to them “we are in a library. Stay quiet.”

Obviously she is uncomfortable when Rosie tries to bring the mess of the morning. She doesn’t like it. Her feeling for Ryder turned bitter and irritating. She is just trying to avoid him. But Ryder won’t leave her so easily.

Soon Jacob left them because he has basketball training. Soon Rosie too bade Bella bye for she has a date with a guy she met at the party. Soon Bella was alone studying. Soon it began to pour heavily. Suddenly, tears rolled her cheeks.  She was wiping. She recalls the day she confessed her love to Ron. They were at Ron’s garden. She held his hand and spoke.

“Ron,_” she was blushing

“Yes” Ron asked

“I think_i love you.”

“What! Seriously.”

“Don’t you like me?”

“No_i mean i like you as a friend, Ela”

“So”

“So_i can’t be your boyfriend.”

“Why__because i am ugly”

“No\, you are cute. But__….._i meaan_i have a girlfriend”

“What_you never mentioned”

“Ela ,of course, but we became a couple yesterday.”

“__”

“I have to go” he removes her hand. “My girl is waiting inside.” and he went inside. Slowly rain began to pour. In that rain, Bella cried and cried. She loved him but he rejected her. Soon she fell sick for weeks. Ron never came to see her. When she was well, she went to Ron’s house. But the house was empty. They have moved to somewhere else. Still she has not got over the rejection. Recalling it, her tears rolled down the cheek. But some caught her tears. It is Ryder. Seeing Ryder,she wipes her tears and arranges her books and stands up to leave. But Ryder held her hand gently and said “ I am sorry to make you sad. I don’t mean to hurt you.”

“Well” she threw his hand and spoke rudely “you should think before you do.” and went away

“Well” but he blocked her path “Will you go out with me.”

“What a jerk” and Bella pushed him. The push was so unexpected that Ryder fell over the bookshelf. And the bookshelf damaged the other desk and bench. The librarian ran to them and scolded Bella assuming she pushed him.

“Do you know how much it cost, Bella” she screamed over here “you will pay it tomorrow and for now pick all the books and arrange the shelf the way it was.”

“Sorry ma'am, it's actually me”  Ryder stood up “she has no fault in it. I was giving her space to go but i_toppled and fell over the shelf.” he picked some books “i will pick them and arrange them all. And also pay tomorrow”

“Ok then begin your work. You won’t leave the library until you complete clearing._and Bella_sorry for accusing you\, you can go.”

Bella didn’t speak a word but gave an angry look to Ryder and left.

As soon as the librarian and Bella went off, he threw the books he picked up and set on top of the books making a childish face.

“Seriously\, what a girl! I took the blame and she_gave me an arrogant face. Seriously_ i have never met a girl like her before._ag_ when are you gonna fall in love with me. Aggggg”
