Vendetta's POV:

I walk in and the sound of the music was blaring in the hair and some were dancing while some where busy spraying money on the Str*ppers.

And of course, there are many drugs dealers and some criminals I would be just arrest here but CIA don't do shit. We plan a mission we achieve it.

"What did you say he is wearing." I said to my ear Bluetooth that anyone wouldn't notice actually. It for protection incase something goes wrong and I can actually communicate to my back up.

"He is right behind you." Tessa notify me and I adjusted myself and turn only to meet Tommy Costello.

Tommy Costello is the next in line to lead the notorious gang and unfortunately he is one person that won't allow you near Rainal O'Brien except from business.

"Are you crazy, this is Tommy." I started walking away from them even before I could see Rainal my new target"

"You need to do this?"

"Tessa!"

"Someone on the line?" There isn't any respond.

"Useless." I cuss as I remove the Bluetooth off my ear and throw it away.

I adjusted my dress and turn back, I was about to get close when some men in Black tuxedo suit walk in with black suitcase and speak of the devil he is there with a str*pper near him.

Of course, Str*ppers aren't to be touched but Rainal O'Brien is someone you won't dare question.

I watch from a distance sipping my drink as they do business after a while the men in Black suit walk out of the club and Rainal was back to his little sl*t, smoking and drinking as well.

Before I could stand up to join them another voice stop me making me groaned but I actually didn't show it up to whosever own the voice.

"Hey." I heard from behind me and when I looked up, it was an unfamiliar guy.

I checked him up to down. He had a dark skin and dreadlocks that were neatly braided on his head.

His eyes were light brown, was of average height and had a flirty look.

"Hi." I smiled and he sipped his drink.

"I'm trying to get away from some idiots. Mind if I crash here?" He asked with a heavy accent.

"Sure." I said and he sat next to me.

"I'm Kelvin and you?" he asked giving me those sl*tty look actually. I wanted to shoot him Immediately but I let my composure to reply him.

"Mia." I said biting my lips, I lied.

"As beautiful as you." He continued.

"Every guy says that."

"Wanna dance?"

"I would have loved it, but not now." I replied not taking my eye off my target.

"Who is that guy over there?" I use the opportunity to get more information about Rainal O'Brien.

"I'm sorry but it bad to talk about my boss." He said as he sip his drink actually getting my attention.

"Your boss? You are involved with drugs?"

"Shh....you are going to get yourself into trouble princess."

I already have a name?... Amazing.

"Do you mind Introducing me to him." I asks and he study me for a while.

"You are new here right?" he asks.

"Yeah, relocated here recently and decided to come have fun." I play along.

"Actually, it won't be possible." He said and sipping his drink.

"One more." He order the bartender.

"Why?" I ask.

"Young lady, let stop the conversation." He pay the bartender and walk away and I follow him immediately.

"Kelvin. Kelvin." I shouted getting people off my way.

"Vendetta..." I heard someone call my name and I turn to see Tessa walking my way and Kelvin turn.

"Vendetta? that's your name?" Kelvin was astonished, by hearing my name.

"Where is your..." Tessa was interrupted by me.

"Let's talk later." I shun her off and she stare at Kelvin before walking away.

"Who are you?" He asked me with a suspicious look.

"I'm someone that really needs to meet Rainal O'Brien at all means."

"And if I may ask why?"

"How about we make a deal?"

"I'm done here."

"Please."

"There is an house party in Rainal O'Brien house this Friday, you can get to meet him then." He said and Walk away.

"Wow!!" I gasped before going back to check on Rainal and his guys but they were gone.

I scan the crowd but couldn't find them.

"Sh*t." I cuss as I ran out of the club and enter my car immediately.

"Let's go." I tap my driver and he drive out of the place immediately.

"That close." I sigh deeply.

I arrive at our suite and to my surprise the guys aren't back yet including Tessa.

"Bull sh*t." I cuss.

"You can't even finish a simple mission." Mr. Spainal yelled at all of us as he video chat the group.

"We tried but he left before.."

"Vendetta, I don't know you've become so weak to have been chasing a guy in a club instead of tracking down our new suspect." He shun me off and I stared Tessa.

She did this? But why?

"I'm sorry but Tessa can't help with the mission she is coming back."

"But why sir..."

"I don't want to hear anything from you, the case is dismissed." He end the call and we all let out a sigh.

"I'm in charge of this case and I need an explanation of where you were all hiding yesterday when our culprit was running away?" I yelled at them all angrily.

"We are sorry boss." they saluted and I pace around in a spot before my eye landed on Tessa. What a betrayal after so many years, what exactly did I do wrong last night that made her act like that.

"Get your things, I will arrange the most possible available flight for you." I said and walk away before she says anything.

I slap the door hard as I walk in and grab the purse I took to the party last night to get my phone but instead I found something else.

"What is this?" I brought out a card from my purse.

"A VIP Pass." I Muttered staring at the card.

"Omg!" I gasped, Kelvin gave me a VIP pass for the Friday party.

But why is he helping me? Does he have any idea about my profession? I shrug and drop the card before going into the bathroom to have a warm shower.

After having a long warn bath I changed into a black leather trouser and a black jacket. It kinda my way of dressing I love everything black and it now a part of me.

I grab my keys and head out of my room.

I need a new plan. I enter my car and drive out of the hotel room we lodged.
