Chapter 5 :- 2 MONTHS AGO

Two months ago, there was a killing spree of all the adults, that started from Bridgetown. But surprisingly, the children were all left out. It is said that some weird kind of people started this. Those people had normal eyes. But when they saw blood, their eyes started to change into the colour red. A villager reported that they saw a man with a hood covering his body and the upper half of his eyes. This 'Hoodie' man, as they named him, was in all the places where this spree occurred. Those weird people didn't try to kill him or kidnap him. He was stated to be giving orders to those weirdos. His identity hasn't been revealed. To find and arrest him, Emperor ordered me and some of our specialised knights to find any relevant information about this man. I just suggested an idea because of which I am invited to the palace.

" So I need to go then ", I said to myself. The Carriage was ready. I was escorted by Lisa, a newly appointed female knight.

Well, she was a mercenary before...

I recollected all the events I had starting from my transmigration to this point. "Haa..", I sighed. "This is...I had too much in my life".

He is total shit.

We went to the great conference room - only the two of us and discussed the incident. "If you allow me, I can break the barrier and go there as an envoy ", I said.

"Even if you go there as an envoy, what are our advantages of getting the discussion good ?", He rested his face on his hands.

"60%", I said.

"What about the other 40%?", He narrowed his eyes.
