The dead lion and the four friends

A long long time ago, in a small town there used to live four friends. Out of the four friends, three friends were very knowledgeable about several subjects, whereas the fourth friend was not very knowledgeable but was very intelligent. The fourth friend always used his intelligence to get himself out of any sort of situations by finding the most appropriate solutions, whereas other friends despite being very knowledgeable were not very intelligent to act wisely.

On one fine day the four friends thought that in order to earn huge amout of fame and money they should go abroad to work. They thought that they will find a way to use their knowledge and earn large amount of money only by travelling abroad. With these thoughts the four friends left on a journey. While travelling one of the friends said," One of us has no knowledge. Such a friend should not get the money as he would be earning from it other people knowledge. So he should return back home instead of travelling with us.

While travelling they were passing through a forest and saw a dead lion. Three of the four friends said that we will use our knowledge to resurrect this dead lion. They thought by doing so they will get a lot of fame and money. The three friends began trying to resurrect the dead lion, but the fourth intelligent friend tried to stop them from doing so. He said that if you bring back the dead lion the moment he becomes alive he wouls kill us all and eat us.

Even after the continuous requests of the fourth friend the three friends ignored him and carry on with their task. One friend collected the corpse, so the other collected the organs and the third friend began to trying to resurrect it. While seeing the three friends using their knowledge for the task to complete the fourth friend got scared. After that he told all his friends,"Okay! you all do whatever you wanna do, but before that let me climb on a tree."

After saying this the fourth friend quickly climbed a nearby tree. Whereas, all the other friends used all of their knowledge in trying to resurrect the dead lion. After sometime the dead lion finally comes to life. The three friends start celebrating their success thinking they will now get all the fame and money in the world.

Just as they were celebrating their success the newly resurrected lion attacks the three friends and kill them and eat them. The fourth friend sitting up on the tree prays that the lion does not find him as he is in horror seeing his friends being devoured right infront of his eyes.

MORAL OF THE STORY

We should never be arrongant because of the knowledge we possess while completing a task

While working on a task we should always think about its negatives and positives.

We also learn that knowledge is not everything, we should also use our brain
