Chapter 16: Tiara's Reunion

And the winner of the bike racing championship is Mr. Kelsang. Which means Miss Priya is our runner up.

As Priya heard his name she became shocked. She was not sure if it was him but when the announcer called him on the stage and revealed his look by taking off his helmet. Priya was astonished to see Kelsang in that race championship.

The announcer also invites Priya on the stage to receive the runner up Priya. She had to share the same stage with him. When they got off the stage Priya finds Kelsang walking towards him. She was confused at that moment about what to do at that time as now he had also open his arms to hug the person in front of her. Priya’s mind turned blank as she didn’t have any thinking coming on her mind. But then as he comes nearer he then passes by Priya and hugs Komlika whole was standing behind Priya at her back.

Komlika: Hey baby you were awesome.

Kelsang’s: Thanks dear hugs her by his arms.

Then at the same moment Pranay takes his entry and cheers up Priya for getting her runner up entry in her first race. Then Kolmila and Kelsang saw Priya and Pranay and they came to congratulate them.

Kelsang: Hey Pranay how are you doing dude?

Pranay: Yeah I am good Kelsang.How about you?

Kelsang: Oh better than fantastic would be an understatement.

Pranay: hah haa.

Priya: oh so you know each other.

Pranay: Yeah we were school friend back then in our school Priya.

Pranay: But why? Why are you asking do you also know each other?

Priya: Ummm actually…

Kelsang: No Pranay, we have never even met before.

Pranay: Alright so fine. Kelsang she is Priya my friend and Priya he is my School time best friend Kelsang.

Priya: Ow ok.

Komlika: (Distorts his hand) Umm actually guys we are a bit busy so we have to leave guys. Hope you don’t mind right Pranay.

Pranay: Oh I am sorry seems like you both have something going on together with each other. (teasing them)

Komlika: Hahhaha… you can think like that. So okay bye we are a bit busy and we don’t have so much time left like you both to spare so we are departing guys.

Pranay: Yeah okay bye.

Kelsang and Komlika leave from that place but here Priya was still in a state of shock as she could not believe her eyes how Kelsang had moved on so quickly in his life. Now a thought was going behind Priya’s mind that it was the only reason of Kelsang to break up with her to get after Komlika. There Pranay was calling Priya several times but Priya was busy in her own world thinking deeply about Kelsang’s reality.

Pranay: Priya, Priya, Pri.. Priya, hey Priya.

Priya: (Gets a shock and replies) Ah yes Kelsang.

Pranay: What? Kelsang?

Priya: Umm I am sorry actually I mispronounced it with a mistake.

Pranay: Ok well fine actually I wanted you to come along with me this weekend to the one year funeral ceremony of my parents.

Priya: What? I mean what happened to your parents?

Pranay: Actually last year both of them had expired due to a terrible car accident and this year I have to organise a funeral prayer ceremony for them.( Gets tears in his eyes)

Priya: Oh so yeah don’t worry I will be there and I hope where ever your parents are their soul is resting in peace.

Pranay: Ummm Priya I also wanted you to call your friends as well as now I can see now a days your moods are going off and I hope your friends can help you to regain your normal mood.

Priya: Ok I will contact them and also call them for sure.

Then Priya texts a message in the Tiara Gang what’s app group.

Priya: Hey guys what’s up?

Mina: Everything’s jumbled up.

Puja: Same.

Melina: It’s going terrible.

Yammaya: Mine too.

Priya: Ok guys seems like we all are having different problems in our lives so let us meet this week end and solve our problem guys.

Everyone: Yeah, sure, ok.

The scene shifts to Puja where she feels depressed with the talk about having a child with her mother in law. She knew that her mother in law also had some kind of feelings inside her which she had expressed it but here she also wanted her mother in law to understand the things from Puja’s point of view. As Puja felt that it was not the correct time for her and Lekden to have a baby. As both of them were not ready for such a great responsibility. Then at that night Puja could not sleep properly thinking about the situation. Lekden finds her waking up so he decides to have some talk with her.

Lekden: Puja take, have this coffee.

Puja:Oh thanks Lekden. Were you still awake.

Lekden: Yeah I saw you standing beside the window and staring at the empty sky. So I thought something might have tensed you immensely.

Puja: Ummm Lekden you are right.

What do you think?

Lekden: About what Puja?

Puja: Do you think what mom was saying was correct?

Lekden: See Puja I cannot say she is totally wrong from her point of view but right now this is our life and we have all the right to decide our future by having our own plans and desires.

Puja: Yeah that I was thinking because I don’t want to hurry in this situation. As I know being a parent lies great responsibilities and I don’t want to become a mother who is careless and unbothered due to extreme work tensions. As right now both of our careers are in a peak so I want to achieve everything for the sake of our future child so that our coming child would not face any problems and complaints against their parents that they could not fulfill their desires.

Lekden: Yeah in this context I am still present to understand from your point of view so don’t worry I will always be there supporting from your back.

They hug each other and consult their decisions with each other. The next morning when she meet her friend Mamta she shared these things with her. And to Pujas problem she gave an answer that she should try to live a life of a nuclear family.

Puja: What? No I cannot do it.

Mamta: Arre no dear I am not telling you to lead a nuclear family but just experiment it for a single month so that you can also get the clear idea about it.

Puja: But what about the mother and the father in law?

Mamta: Yeah I think you should also give them some time and space to think properly for it. As now a days it is a common practice to a couple to lead a nuclear family. So nothing is weird or wrong in that context.

Puja: Yeah that is also a point and you are also telling the fact. But I think I should take some time to think about it.

Mamta: Yeah it’s your choice think it properly.

Puja: Ummm thanks.

Then the scene shifts to Priya and there she was with Pranay to attend his late parents funeral ceremony. Priya called all her Tiara members in the grave yard and all of them had decided to meet at that spot. The funeral was around 10 a.m. and within 9.30 the Tiara members had already gathered there.

Priya: Hi guys he is my friend Pranay and Pranay they are my friend Tiara. Let me introduce them she is Puja, she is Melina, she is Yammaya and she is Minu.

Pranay: Ok nice to meet you all guys. But I think you said that you had total six members in your Tiara Gang right Priya.

Priya: Yes you are right Pranay but our one member Rumchyo is not present now. Maybe he might be busy in some other works. And his contact is also not available yet so I will make you meet him after some time okay.

Pranay: Yeah fine. Thank you guys for coming here as you all have given me the confidence to live this life fiercely and bravely by showing your support on me.

Minu: Oh you don’t need to thank us.

Melina: Yeah and we all with always support you.

Yammaya: Yes as past is past and we have to move ahead in our lives.

Puja: Ummm and what ever things that happen in our life happens for the good at the end.

Pranay: Yes you are right guys. I think now you all will help Priya a lot to cheer her up in her life as well.

Miinu, Melina, Yammaya, Puja: Yeah sure that is also a reason why we have decided to discuss our life issues with each other.

Priya: Yes exactly.

After the funeral ceremony the five girls then sit aside to discuss about their turmoil’s in their life. At beginning Priya starts sharing her problem.

Priya: I don’t know guys what should I do now? I am astonished after seeing a different personality of Kelsang this time. As I had never seen this side of him. Somewhere I am having great anger towards him but still on the other side I cannot forget about our memories and move ahead to settle my life this fast.

Puja: I think you should first think about clearly the things that you want to do now. Don’t make Kelsang as your weak point. As rather you should be more conscious now to place your every move in a very precise manner. But till the time you have to be strong and should be able to face these relationship ups and downs in your life.

Priya: Great but what problem do you have Puja?

Puja: In my case it is more complicated as the topic gets more harder when it comes to family. In my family Lekden’s parents wants me and Lekden to have a child this soon. But I don’t think that we both are yet ready now to take such a great responsibility. And so I am thinking to have a nuclear family but still I am confused about taking that decision.

Minu: Yeah Puja I think that you should first consult it with Lekden and then take steps properly as per seeing the sensitiveness of the situation. So take time and don’t hurry.

Puja: Yeah I will think about it. But what problem do you have Minu.

Minu: Right now I want mine and Arnavs relation to get deeper. But I don’t think that I am able to be that deserving person for him. As he has great expectations from me which I don’t think that I am capable of doing it.

Yammaya: See Minu we all know your ability. And how much we have known you I think you have that much capability of proving yourself in all the grounds. As you have always achieved which you have dreamt off and we also believe that you will continue to achieve things even in your coming future.

Minu: Thankyou Yami but what are your problems for now?

Yammaya: Right now I think that I am in a difficult situation to chose between my obligations and my love. On one side I have my duty and on the other I have my personal desire so I cannot be able to decide in this complex situation about which one to pick in my life.

Melina: I think Yami you should not think about what other people might think about you. Because no one has the right to judge others. Firstly you should not give others the opportunity to judge you. You should not give importance to their judgements as much you keep their hurting words in your heart that much it will affect you. So decide and do what your heart wants and don’t get influenced by others.

Yammaya: Sounds great but what problem do you have Melina?

Melina: Actually my parents wanted to get me married and it was pressuring me as a huge burden so right now I have married

with my own desire.

Priya: Oh so how is it a problem? Isn’t it a moment of celebration?

Melina: No guys because it only sounds good in hearing but I had a contract marriage with Murat but my family is still unknown about it. I know they will become happy after hearing about my decision but I am scared for the time when Murat and me have to separate with each other as per the contract and I don’t how my parents would react and feel that time.

Priya: Yeah it is a difficult problem. You know Melina if your parents love you then they will always support you fully in your decisions. Yes I agree that it takes time for them to understand but I am sure that time heals everything.

Puja: So by the way when are you giving us your reception party Melina?

Melina: Oh yeah guys I forgot to tell you guys after this week. Murats family is calling my family and we are organizing a reception party where all the relatives will be present and I am also inviting you all. So you all have to be present there. Is it okay?

Everyone: Okay.
