Episode 5

He blushed and faked a cough.

"Then you would better rest early tonight. Ask Aunt Chen is you don't know anything."

Lin Zen changed into comfortable clothes and lay down on her bed.

Knock.. knock.. knock..

She sit up," Who's that?"

There was a maid standing outside of her room holding a large plate of food.

"Young mistress, young master ordered me to bring to bring some food to you."

She opened her door and told to come in. That maid came in and placed the food on table and turned towards Lin Zen saying" Young ........."but stoped in midway when she saw that Lin Zen was crying.

She asked her hurriedly," Young mistress, what's wrong?"

Lin Zen whiped her tears ," No worries you may leave"

The maid was dumbfounded but still leaves from there.

She saw the food on table and cried again.

'This...is the first time...... someone cares if I.........have food to at night'

She started to think about her past when she lived with Tian Ci.

It was 10 o'clock at night. Her husband Tian Ci threw the bowl of food on floor and yelled at her," Look at what you have prepared!". "Who would be eating chicken thighs at this hour"

She was kneeling and crying in front of him

"I'm sorry, I was just worrying for you that you might be too tired and wanted you to eat some nutritions"

'In the past Xiao Tian Ci never cared about what I ate, he was only concerned about the tastiness of the food'

Next morning Lin Zen was walking downstairs

'Eating so much last night, how come I'm so hungry this early in the morning' she pouted and touched her belly.

Her eyes fell on her husband who was already sitting on the table and was drinking tea while reading newspaper.

He also looked at her

"Good morning" she smiled and waved at him

"You look good this morning"

She set near him and said," Anyway my life is just like that, a living dog is better than a dead lion, so why live unhappily every day"

"Eat your break fast then"
