The story is based on 2 Lovers from a very long time ago. The two Lovers were inseparable and their love was unbreakable, They were known as The Sun and The Moon. The two heavenly bodies that ruled the Heavens. The Sun and The Moon loved each other a lot and they spent a lot of time with each other. They would never separate no matter what. But, The Council Of The Skies felt that their love would wreak havoc on the earth and destroy the frame of the skies. So they separated them with great difficulty, The Sun would come out in the day in search of the Sun but wouldn’t find him, likewise the Moon would come out in the Night and search the earth looking for the Sun but would not find her. But Once in every 300 years the Sun and Moon would meet in a Solar Eclipse until one of the gods of the sky felt pity on them and put them in a reincarnation spell that every 300 years their spirits will meet again and they would remember themselves and their destinies would become intertwined. Now, another set of Reincarnations have been born Himari(Sun) and Mizuki(Moon). Their destinies begin to twine once more but this time as Highschool Lovers
