After a falling star Orionid hits the Himalayan Region, people start turning into monsters called 'Dorions'. Along with this people who inhaled the toxic air underwent gene mutation which caused them to develop supernatural powers and are called Ability Wielders. Now that they are considered a threat to world peace, wielders develop organizations for their refuge.
Sixteen year old Lisana Straus with ice abilities happens to get caught in the hatred but is saved by a handsome young man Jason Cordana and works side by side with his friends and other wielders against Dorions. Along the way she encounters her childhood friend whom she loved and was assumed dead long ago.
