Itama shimo is mark(29)and Sheila’s(28) son his mom died when he was only 7 due to a heart condition. 9 years later after he was told by mark to head to the grocery store he encounters someone or something that attacks him leaving him with a fractured arm, mark scenes something is wrong and heads to the grocery store he told itama to go to and encounters it. Mark and the creature have an intense fight but unfortunately mark was pierced through the chest with an unexpected blow, mark slowly dying utters his final words to itama while itama holds him in his arms.
