Aliza obediently walked towards him but Lucas suddenly grabbed her hands and slightly pulled her towards his sitting self. He placed her in his lap and stared at her.
Aliza sat frozen with widened eyes. She doesn't know how to react so instead, she stared back at the man's gaze with confusion and shock written on her face.
"Now, shouldn't you start doing your wife duties?" He teased as his finger tucked the strands of hair covering her face.
"W-What..?!"
The man chuckled at her adorable reaction.

Aliza lived a comfortable, simple and peaceful life with her and her mother, not until a group of unknown men rummaged their small village. They killed her mother in front of her and she was dragged under the bed where she hid.
