She looked down once.

“You can either take it back, or I'll throw it away. And I actually will.” She said while holding the bracelet.

He didn't look at her nor did he react.

He doesn't care about the bracelet, but he does care about her throwing it away. It will only mean she doesn't care one bit.

But he ain't taking it back.

“So what will it be?” She asked.

And she expected no reply, and she got none.

“So be it.” Said she, as she walked a few steps backwards to the nearest trash can and dropped it before walking away without even looking back at him, as if it was nothing.

Really?

He kept looking at her until her view faded away from the hallway.

Expected and wholesome.

He chuckled and left from there.

He knew a mere bracelet wouldn't impress her, and it met his expectations.

The VIPS were in the halls, giving speeches and information that didn't interest Morayna under any circumstances, therefore she returned to her room and left a sigh of exhaustion. She sure did walk a lot.

She put her clutch and phone aside and looked at her balcony, she opened the glass door and felt the cold breeze against her skin. It was soothing and calming.

At that moment, her phone rang.

“Claire”

She picked it up.

“You landed in Moscow or not?” she asked through the phone.

She hummed a few times to the responses she got.

“I guess I am seeing you tomorrow then.”

Next evening,

The hallway was empty, deprived of anyone at all.

Bonnie was walking through it to reach the elevator but suddenly halted when the person wearing a dark green and pink colour combination skirt and pink full sleeved top didn't acknowledge her.

“Morayna wait. I need to talk to you about Killian. Do you know him?” Asks Bonnie.

The one to walk away halted on her steps and looked back at Bonnie. At first she looked deprived of any common emotions but then she suddenly smiled.

“Don't worry, I will tell you everything later.”

She said and walked away.

Bonnie looked at her fading form strangely. Morayna and smiling so sweetly? Did she have shots of tequila?

Bonnie turned around in confusion and walked away. What was that? It kept on poking her.

Not to mention, she wasn't even acknowledged at first. Did Morayna hit her head?

Morayna sat on her bed and scrolled through her phone when her room bell rang.

She got to the door and looked up and down at the person standing before her.

It's like looking in a mirror but seeing a softer, better and sweet version of herself that probably doesn't exist.

Grabbing the leg of the person who fell by a side kick, Killian twisted it until her heard screams and sounds of bones breaking.
