Damian enters the conference room, Lena trailing behind with the files.
Board members sit around the long table, looking stern and calculating.
She recognizes the main antagonist, Lucas Blackwell, Damian’s charming but two-faced cousin, who’s planning to take the company from him.

*Smiling* Damian, glad you could join us. You’re looking... tense. Something on your mind?
Damian Blackwell
*Coldly* Just eager to get through this so I can get back to work.
Lucas Blackwell
Of course. We wouldn’t want to waste your precious time. *Smirks*
Lena watches as they begin discussing quarterly reports and company projects.
She remembers how Lucas sabotages Damian’s presentation later on, making him look incompetent. She needs to stop that.
Lucas is about to speak when Lena jumps in.

Actually, I made some last-minute revisions to the report.

I think they’ll address the concerns about the marketing strategy.
She quickly hands Damian the updated version she found on the computer, with numbers that directly counter Lucas’s criticism.

No hints. Only warnings. Damian isn’t the only one you need to keep an eye on.
