Scene 1: The Duel
The sun hung low in the sky, casting an orange glow over the enchanted forest of Eldoria. Lyra stood with her arms crossed, glaring at Kael, who was leaning against a tree, his icy blue eyes glinting with mischief.
Lyra: “You think you’re so clever, don’t you, Kael? Just because you can freeze a river doesn’t mean you’re better than me!”
Kael: “Better? I’m just smarter. Fire is reckless, Lyra. It burns out of control. Ice is precise. It knows how to contain.”
Lyra: “Contain? You mean suffocate! Your precious ice can’t even keep up with my flames!”
With a flick of her wrist, flames erupted from her fingertips, dancing in the air like wild spirits.
Kael: “You’re all show, Lyra. Let’s see how long you can keep that up against my blizzard.”
He raised his hands, summoning a swirling storm of ice and snow. The two mages clashed, fire against ice, each determined to prove their superiority.
